Where has Ch 1 RenPy remake gone? All the downloads for Win on opening page of this thread are for the Ch 2 remake.

Incorrect. All download links here are Chapter1 Remake.
The remake was made from RPGM version 2.0, before Deepsleep mentioned or started working with chapters.

Hi osmcuser132, thank you for your prompt and concise response, and also for your hard work in producing the remakes. I do understand your position, but I have to say that I downloaded both the GDrive and Mega versions of Ch 1 from this thread this morning, and when unpacked BOTH produced Ch 2 not Ch 1 that I was expecting. I thank you in anticipation for your help in resolving this matter.

I don't know what to tell you. All three links point to anna_ea_remake-2.0-pc.zip (1.18GB in size) which is the file I uploaded on 02/08/2020 containing v2.0 the last version that then became chapter 1. The mediafire page even confirms the file is uploaded on that day.

Hi osmcuser132. Following your comments above I decided to re-download the Ch 1 files again, and on unpacking the exe is AnnaExcitingAffectionCH2.exe which was created on 16/07/2021, which is somewhat after the 02/08/2020 that you mention. Running the file AnnaExcitingAffectionCH2.exe opens the Ch 2 game that starts AFTER Ch 1 has been completed. There is no apparent pathway to start CH 1 from the beginning, and you have to make immediate choices regarding the shooting and the end of CH 1. I would be grateful of you could give this matter some consideration, e.g. download and test the files yourself to identify any problems. With kind regards and thanks for your help in the matter.

This is 100% a you problem as in you are doing something wrong and need to figure out what.
I suggest you start by deleting all archives and all extracted chapter 2 folders from your PC and then re-downloading again.

Make sure to check the file-name of the archive before you download. It needs to have the word remake in it.
Also the extracted folder from the archive will have the word remake in it.

Hi osmcuser132. Thank you for your prompt and informative response. No it's not at my end; and I no longer have a problem. After reading your post above I downloaded the Mediafire version and verified that it had the same attributes as the image in your post, unloaded Ch 1 and that works fine, thank you very much.

This revision corrects a serious mistake (thanks to HectorTheLaw) and many grammatical inconsistencies especially related to the new part of the game.

From 13 october 2019 I have adopted a new translation and distribution system. Hoping to meet the many who have had problems with previous translations in .rar format, the new system includes a file executable (.exe) that does not need anything else.
It is the "raw" translation of files without grammatical corrections, often indispensable.
From time to time I will publish revisions which, in addition to the grammar, will correct the errors/omissions.

Dal 13/10/2019 ho adottato un nuovo sistema di traduzione e di distribuzione. Sperando di venire incontro ai tanti che hanno avuto problemi con le traduzioni precedenti in formato .rar, il nuovo sistema prevede un file eseguibile (.exe) che non necessita di niente altro.
E' la traduzione "grezza" dei file senza correzioni grammaticali, spesso indispensabili.
Di tanto in tanto pubblicherò delle revisioni che, oltre la grammatica, aggiusteranno gli errori/omissioni.

This is a re-make of chapter 1. It contains all the same content as the original chapter 1 RPGM game but without the walking around.
So it is personal choice if you play the original chapter 1 RPGM or this Ren'Py remake since there is no way to transfer saves.
And there never was any difference in content between chapter 1 RPGM and my remake.

The story then continues in chapter 2, which is already in Ren'py so my conversion work is finished.
Side-note: chapter 2 comes in a sandbox version and a VN version

AFAIK there is no walkthrough.
The choices usually are having sex or no-sex although sometimes rejecting someone can lead to automatic rejection down the line of related characters. You can always check the replay room to see how a scene would play out with different choices

I have started playing this mod and came quite far in the game, but I am still missing the scenes where Anna helps out the neighbour couple and gets drugged with tea or something. Am I confusing something? Because I kinda remember the rpgm version having something like this...
