It's a mod. There is nothing in the source code, regarding character identification, where anyone is refered to as "mom" or "sis" by the player character.

Does not mean your landlady isn't obviously your mom even if you don't call her that
Likewise, doesn't mean your landlady is always your mother. Sometimes it's absolutely clear (My New Family without an incest patch is unintentionally hilarious); sometimes the writer actually intends a landlady or roommate to be just that (for instance, The Roommate is just that, and is not intended to be anything else).
Unless I've gotten my VNs mixed up, this one was originally fairly easy to change the relationships around, but in the latest episodes there's dialogue and/or information that would require specific modifications/rewrites to continue the incest patch properly.

I know hating on this guy seems to be the trend here, but I sincerely think this update has delivered a decent amount of hot content. In my opinion this game is pretty good at what it's trying to be, which is mainly a fapping game with high quality visuals and it definitely delivers on that front. Obviously look elsewhere if you're expecting some intricate plot.

Young man, living with a woman whose old enough to be his mother, whose known him since he was a child, whose very motherly towards him, who is looking after him because she knew his father, house also contains a girl or bunch of girls all around his age who are all very familiar. Never sign anything without someone in your family being present if you actually believe this isn't the dev going for the sugar-free equivalent of incest. It's clearly a family environment without explicitly calling it one.
Okay, definitely thinking of another game (Juno's Task). Pretty sure I've only played with Evelyn as bio mom, the scientist and his current wife as dad and step-mom. Yes, her being in charge of my house is a bit odd, but believable enough.
For me, the most telling point is the sense of guilt or aversion the characters show towards their relationship becoming sexual. The MC seems caught up in a hormone rush; bio mom is initially horrified by the mere idea; the combination of her priest's advice (if he really is her priest) and the awakening of her own sexuality after she'd kept it battered down for years is what's allowing her to continue.
And, the situation you describe is certainly possible in the real world, without incest. Or sex at all. In a porn game? Yeah, that's got all the hallmarks.

First: I'm not trying to start any discussion with anyone, I just expressed a doubt of mine, I know this topic is complicated to deal with here on this forum, but I had to ask why I tried to get answers through the old comments and didn't get any and that's why I asked
Second: The first thing I tried was to speak directly to the dev, but I couldn't speak to him on discord because, due to some rule, he doesn't allow it. Also what I asked if you look for it is something that many people in other forums ask and like the friend above, he simply gave an answer that DEV placed on his website and solved the problem and no disagreement was created. I'm sorry, but I don't want a discussion or anything, I just want peace and tranquility and to talk and, if possible, help answer people's questions, or resolve mine.

Whenever ntr gets brought up for any reason, threads start to get derailed and mods have to clean up. It starts with "does this have ntr" or "will this have ntr in the future?" and it spirals to literal threats against the devs stating that they will cancel support or never playing the game again for 5 whole fucking pages, with not once the dev actually saying anything; it's insane!
Personally not a fan, but not worth having other people dm the dev over rumors. Just check the tags and move on.

The question is legitimate. The arguments it spawns is not the fault of the people asking it.
The problem is two fold.
1. people like you who start ranting at people for "asking a question that leads to arguments"
2. people who start spewing their opinion on being against/for [fetish]
Don't be either of those two problem types.
just answer the simple question of "is [fetish] in the game" and "is [fetish] avoidable or mandatory" or if you do not then say nothing

Dawg i think I've never seen a dark skin women hotter than Shanice in a porn game ( not considering dark skins from jrpg ones, since they're not ethnically clear sometimes)
