There exists something called the Renpy save editor. Don't know if it is available for Android, but if it is it may help. Never had an occasion to use it as the console does just fine on my platform (win10).

* 1 new harem girl (Ayla)
* 2 new dates (Ayla and Penny)
* One new Lena mission (called "Church of Sins") that will trigger itself automatically at the start of any week starting from week 6.
* Penny titjob strip scene implemented
* Melania walk animation and stats screen added (triggered after getting bounty from her)
* One new hex (with sex scene involved)
* CG gallery added (accessible by pressing "c" in-game). Only previously seen scenes are available
The new hex I added very recently, so it only half-finishes the She-Hulk quest in that you can't yet take Magnus back to her.
I thought it was important to add the hex now anyway, because you can meet Joe Biden in his basement, and it wouldn't be as freshly humorous in two months I gathered...

i think it only logical to see more content of her because she seem to have appreciated her first encounter with the mc so why would she deprive herself ? maybe becoming a part of the harem at some point ?
also she is a part of the storie with her threat of destroying the earth.

then why if they are note dead and they can return to the earth to destroy it in the first week if we don't send them porn
they can't do it for having sex with the mc ? that don't make sens.
Here is my sample path for v0.4.2. It gets all gallery items unlocked, except these two:
- Muscle Growth with Nancy, you need to have her in the harem before you visit the widow with her.
- sex in the classroom with Barbara. I skipped that to get the point for Suki.
I will revisit those two in my next playthrough. You need to use either the necklace or the pendulum to get them.
This path can be done more efficient if you evade being kicked out of the Church faction due to not visiting the Sunday services for 3 weeks. And loosing Ayla in the proces. I specifically caused that as I wanted to see those paths too.
Attached the zip with the xlsx with all info, and a pdf version of the 4.2 path. I added some statistics at the top as there is so much content now that is is getting hard to track what you have done and what you still need to do.
Edit: forgot to attach my general remark notes. They are still at the 4.0 level, but most of the remarks still hold. Eg, see how to get points for the factions.
