You have put the replacement nancygallery.rpy into the game directory. It should go into game/images/Gallery. Move both the .rpy and .rpyc there and you should be fine.

rpyc is the compiled version of your rpy files, try to delete the rpycs and try again, dont move around the files or make incorrect copy/paste operations too
No, the fact he has an .rpyc in the wrong place means the .rpy is in the wrong place too. It has to be deleted from the game directory. And the best is to move it to the right directory as it is meant as a correction.
