You have put the replacement nancygallery.rpy into the game directory. It should go into game/images/Gallery. Move both the .rpy and .rpyc there and you should be fine.
PS. you shouldn't post this here. As v0.7.0 is not generally available you are causing confusion here to people that don't have it yet. And please, next time put such a long post into spoiler tags.

rpyc is the compiled version of your rpy files, try to delete the rpycs and try again, dont move around the files or make incorrect copy/paste operations too
No, the fact he has an .rpyc in the wrong place means the .rpy is in the wrong place too. It has to be deleted from the game directory. And the best is to move it to the right directory as it is meant as a correction.
