A complete save file is worthless as that means the end of the game. From that end you can go nowhere so it does not help with anything.

You need to CHANGE faction throughout the game, there are no "faction saves" per se.

I think the incest is by changing the mc landlady to Mom and being able to have sex her. I don't remember any other incest things unlike alot of others games. in other games if it has a incest tag then you have a mom , sister or sisters or aunts or grandmothers that you have sex with. but this game only has the landlady that the incest patch changes to mom.

You need all three superheroes. Captain Marvel, Black Widow and Captain Canuck. For that to work you need to have done all the lumberjack stuff with Paulette in G1. To collect them all the scene starts in the pool in the morning with Nancy. If you have done everything needed you get the question:
"I need you to become Captain Marvel for a day. The New Avengers must defeat Sean Insannity!"

think i messed up cheating with console. I cant get the extra strength to defeat kimberly at white house. did the lumberjack before the fbi mc strength at 15, but already complete hex G1
any help

It is not a strength thing. You need to have visited the FBI in F6 three times for training.
