Couldn't make only update version as for modding reasons actions folder structure has been changed.

Here is the actions mega pack (2GB) with 0.25 new structure and expanded new content.

New : Includes footjobs (50+) and ethnic pregnants (10).
Just copy its content inside the game folder and allow overwrite.
The actions.js is included so no need to do anything else.

I hope this can be circumvented with a fertility potion, or something, because this kind of ruined the game for me, assuming this is 180-270 ingame days.

Its not 100% chance. First check if trans content is enabled in settings, after that if still problem persists, add your save file
