I checked the save you provided and it triggered fine. I just went inside the first room and there was an icon on the left to install the cameras, which triggered the quest.

It's a pity that the quest with Valentina ends either with her death or leaving. In the case of death at the funeral, the main character even tells the priest that she is the love of his life. By the way, regarding the old vampire Elena, is there any point in taking her into the team or is it better to capture her?

Riiight, so what you've just described is tons of avoidable and unavoidable NTR that is present in the game but not tagged. Thanks for the info so this can go on ignore.I honestly couldn't tell if you were being sarcastic or not, so I'm going to answer as though you weren't.
This game doesn't really have NTR at all, which is why it doesn't have that tag. I will admit that sometimes it's just on a technicality and NTR haters will still dislike those scenes, but it's still not NTR.
Personally I don't like NTR. And yet I have no issue with this game, which says something.
All NTR sex scenes involving LIs are avoidable. The ones that aren't avoidable either happen before they're LI's or are flashbacks to before you knew them or, in the case of the doctor, aren't LIs at all (at least not yet).
The main exception to this would be Judy, but she's a prostitute, so you know what you're getting into with her. Plus, her quest is optional so that would count as avoidable NTR. Not that you see her having sex after meeting the MC, anyway.
And the only scene I'd say actually constitutes unavoidable NTR is in the Sacred Sex quest where the priest gets his dick sucked while performing the exorcism. Although you can join, which would make it swinging, not NTR.
So all in all, while there are plenty of scenes which are borderline NTR (and enough to piss off the most extreme NTR haters), there are none which are technically actually NTR.

Right now the quest hasn't advanced enough to know the consequences of either choice. I would advise you to make a save there so you can change it later.
If I had to guess, I'd say partnering is the "canon" choice and will have more content, since that is already what happens.

You need to do it 3 times in a row. At the first time she says nevermind. The next time she shows more. And at the third time she shows her body and lets you masturbate on her.
Bro use only renpy plug-in Version 7.4.1 and uninstall all other renpy Version. Only Version 7.4.1 works properly for this game.

It would really be nice to know HOW to get the achievements. I have many of them that I can't figure out. For example, I have some with "Anastasia" love in the ring, but there is no one named "Anastasia", there is Uma, but I have done everything I can think of with training in the ring.

They have specific spots to interact. Vanessa and Lara advance when they're alone in the classroom at 15h. Diana's happen in her office and you need to select the option not to risk it and then to meet her at 18h.
It should be noted that the first time you do these don't award an achievement. They're just the setup. But the second time you inject the pheromones and interact with them again will start awarding the achievements.
There is a cards/achievements list. It's linked in the OP. All missing achievements should be explained there. If you have questions about a specific one that you still can't trigger, let me know to clarify it better and possibly update the list.
Someone on Android who can help me? I'm stuck in the quest 'Sharp Fangs' when you go find Isabella at the Nightclub. When the message 'The next decision changes the course of the history' appears I can't do anything, do I have to click in a specific place?

That is a timed notification. It takes a long time to go away (about 5-10 seconds). If it doesn't, what works in PC is rolling back and forward again.
It might be a problem with joiplay. Maybe try saving at that point (even though I don't think you can because the quick menu goes away) and reloading.
Otherwise, I don't think you can get past that without changing the game (to skip that notification) and rebuilding the apk or, alternatively, save before that, use that save on PC (don't know if they're compatible either) to get past that notification and place it back on Android.
An idea that occurs to me, based on previous difficulties people posted about joiplay, and might work is enabling a different Renpy plugin version on joiplay to see if any of them lets you get past that point.
It should also be noted that it's not the only time a notification like that appears. I know it appears at least once more during the game.
I haven't really tried the game on Android at any point (I don't think I can play the game without my cheat mod), so I can't really help much more regarding that.
EDIT: I really haven't used joiplay barely ever, so I forgot that you actually use the game files for that. So what you can do is find the file (you might need to use unren) "game\kGame\game_menus.rpy", search for "label alertText" and then delete the first 5 lines leaving only the "return (1)" line. This will make it so the notification doesn't show up at all.
Alternatively, you can search for "call AlertText" (there are 3 such calls) and for each replace it with a simple dialog. So instead of:
