EDIT >>> some of the Triggers are not translated properly in the game but all the items seem to be. I would fix the undone, but for some reason I can not get the game to open in "Translator++ - Game Translation Tool" I assume it is because it was already extracted, and the "game.RGSSAD/RGSS2A/RGSS3A" is missing, not sure on that, I normally just rename them, and leave them. But I figure for size reasons it was removed..
I am new to the editing text in RPG maker anyway..

Alt + Enter I think should go full screen. Some games F4 does it, but this one I am pretty sure will be Alt + Enter

I'm glad you asked! You should try out Vera's Region Tour Diary . I just finished my 3D CG pack for it incase you wanna try it out. I did one for Ariadne earlier this year. This pack looks much better as I used the new Honey Select 2 engine.

Download the game from f95zone and then extract my Vera's 3D CG Pack.rar and place the Graphics folder in Vera's Region Tour Diary Graphics folder. Overwrite png's in Battlers, Faces, Pictures, System and Titles1 folders. Make sure you're playing on Ver.1.10 as it has extra CGs. Sample:
