dont know what it is, probably the same thing as those patches in OP from previous version.
only few ui renders/animations and script files...probably bug fixes (already?) and some additionall bonus renders and improved things for new 0.2 version...yet, it has ZERO actual game-renders, so it is worthless without a 0.2 game, or a proper 0.2 update patch....anyway, the way it has been posted on svscomics kinda is misleading.

As i wrote digi.b last night, after i played chapter 2, this is amazing work. The writing, the way to play with my emotions, to the humor between MC and Kindra just blows me away. You got a devoted fan digi.b..

new to this game. How much content am I looking at with this latest update?

Depends on what you mean by content. If you read each line and pay attention to collecting things then you've got a couple hours (at least). If you are only concerned about sexual content and skip everything else then there's not a lot of sex yet. Second chapter has more than the first but it still isn't heavy on the sex scenes.

So far the game, in two updates, has 6400 renders. I'm fairy sure some completed games don't get close to that many renders.
