From how it was explained to me it is not patreon per se but the credit card companies pushing it. Everything sex related has a lot of payment problems, as many people cancel subscription after getting off, which leads to credit card companies charging way more for sites related to porn.that's totally stupid this rules and terms XD
By banning a lot of sex-related content, they can always argue that it is not sex that they provide..

Couple of lewd scenes with the sister have taken place, depending on the path you're on. Also, there is some incest between two minor evil characters as well. This isn't an incest fantasy game, it's a fantasy adult game that has that happen occasionally.

Something immensely satisfying about laying the beatdown on a centaur with a summoned minotaur. I just wish there was a way to hotkey spells or just do away with the sub-menus...as enemies get more difficult the combat becomes increasingly tedious.
