Thanks for the heads up. I'm so used to Renpy fuck ups that I didn't even consider that it would be a hardware issue. It turned out that my AMD Radeon driver needed to be reinstalled so if anyone has that same error you just need to go to your hardware settings and download the driver. It is a pretty easy fix.
dont use battlemagic 5th or 10th level spells until a little later when your spells get upgraded , after that you can use spells without error
I'm using an older chromebook. Haven't had any problems with playing the game until the most recent game update. I'm skeptical on it being hardware issue.
