I don't know what to delete but off the top of my head I would suggest simply downloading a fresh copy of the game.

Game saves should be around here "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\DefaultCompany\AttackItDevilLegion" in Windows. Not sure about the path for non-Windows. "Fresh copy" probably wont help since game uses "global" save-folder on the device.
I'd like to leave for the record that i managed to max star clear all levels in crazy mode, and that the last and possibly hardest level was 5-1 (tied with 3-3 for hardest) and was cleared by 4 atk lamias on frying pans cuz theyre just that fucking strong (the supports were one healer and one support dryads) their skills were all lust on the atk lamias and roots wrap on the support dryad.
Additionally for level 5-4 in crazy difficulty, where the target is a priest covered by 3 super mages, i managed to clear using an Atk harpy (yes really), Atk lamia and support dryad.
The entire level is hellish because it keeps spawning soldiers whenever one dies and the mages are extremely oppressive, you also cant run a squad with total level higher than 50, which means i had to run only 3 level 15 characters. But it didnt matter because the atk lamia literally tanked the mages' bullshit for 15 entire minutes.
and solo'd the entire level.
because of how absurdly tanky lust atk lamias with frying pans are, and how fast they snowball battles, i'd highly recommend trying them out if youre new, they are so strong i'd gladly use one as replacement for maxed atk imp with devil incarnate if i want a unit that obeys commands
the harpy is also strong because of high pitched note, the giant wave of death she makes is powerful and it damages shields (which is important since crazy mode soldiers are bastards)

I looked into full-star-everything long time ago and came to a conclusion that it's impossible. But I did full-star with Cheat Engine and posted a save of that here in thread somewhere.
