OK guys, if both of you could relax, it would be much appreciated. I think you are getting riled up unnecessarily, although I can't elaborate why without dropping spoilers.
As I said in a previous post, T4boo has a couple of routes you can choose in this game. And there are some people who DO want to see what might happen with Mr. Silver or Robert if Christine goes down those paths, as well as those (like me) that are more interested in seeing where the MC may end up with Christine... so there are at least three distinct paths through this game, although that may not have been clear up until now.
For those that have been trying to wave Christine off/giving her warnings about Mr Silver, the fruits of that will start appearing in 0.0.8 (Episode 8 as I call it). And may do so in rather interesting ways. I don't want to spoil anything, but yeah...
And for those that haven't been warning her, well you didn't warn her, and Christine is a big girl she will make her own decisions...
As to whether T4bbo can make both camps happy (Uncle fans as well as 'other' fans)? Well I guess we'll find out fairly soon.
I'll say this much. If I knew that Uncle had no chance in this, I wouldn't have agreed to be on the team. 'Descent into Corruption' games aren't my thing, although in this case, I can live with how those paths will be playing out in the script. But I'm liking the 'Uncle' path a lot at the moment...
In a sense, Uncle is corrupting Christine too, although on a more subtle level...
I also like the games I play to be more upbeat, which is what attracted me to this game in the first place.

That's not an argument since all games in top 50 were there before NTR came to west thx to BB which still have it even tho it's not being developed. Babysitter can reach top 50 eventually, Tyrant has potential since dev is growing over 100% with 1 update and I'm sure other games will reach it. But it doesn't really matter who's top 50. No one ever lost patrons because of that. bonergames did a poll on his Patreon about fetishes in his game and he said that out of 100 people 5 were strongly against it while 11 were into it. Rest didn't care. People rarely care about internet fetishes especially when they're optional. Babysitter has great potential and branching is always good. Personally I can't wait for new update.

So now 2/3 of the game will be NTR; too bad. Those 2 thirds could have been used for more uncle/niece development, and Jessica. The story, the important one is stalled as it is, with last update as example.
The game started as an uncle/niece relationship as main theme, that's what people liked. At least, side-stories shouldn't have the same relevance as the main story.
I'm counting on the next update to be better, but that's not to say much, since the last one was so lacking.

That's pretty complex even tho the results of this day ain't really that different. Surely something interesting. Days in development are probably a real bother when it comes to those points. Nice.
2 optional paths are NTR but it's not 2/3 of game. I'm sure that MC's path is more complex than 1 branching. My guess is that content for this path is more than 1/2. Nothing to worry about for sure

Just wanted to point out that Uncle won't be completely out of the game on either the Silver or Robert path (the two distinct paths so far), his story will just be different depending on which path Christine is on, AND on the decisions Uncle has made up until this point (Those Friend and Horny points, and some of the tracked choices, are coming into play in significant ways...). So it's not really a 33/33/33 thing. The 'Robert' path has just been a bit slower to emerge...
I think I'm not really spoiling anything when I say that that the 'Jess/Patreon" path is completely different than the 'work for Silver' path, in Ep 8, and both paths have significant variations depending on what Uncle has done up until this point. Uncle is involved in both of those paths, and at this point the story lines are diverging significantly.
I'm not spoiling it though... you'll understand after it drops and you play it.

Yeah, the main difference is that the MC can pick up an extra horny point if you go the 'pick her up at the airport' route, otherwise the max results are almost exactly the same. That extra MC horny point can matter though in the early game...

The dev is already losing patreons since the NTR confirmation. NTR fans are just a few, besides NTR porn is available everywhere on the internet while incest is forbidden and under persecution ( you'd be hard pressed to find anything related to incest outside these games and some comics), thus it's strong appeal.

I don't understand why people would leave. It's been clearly stated, multiple times, that it's avoidable. I would understand if it's forced upon you, but why quit a game because of something that you could play and never deal with if you choose not to.
Lets look at this from a different angle. I personally don't like harems in games. I prefer the concentration on one character. If you've played dating sims and porn games for an extended period of time you'll have come across games that push that sort of gameplay style at you. On these very forums theres a multitude of games where you can go after all the women. I don't play those games personally, because I like my pornographic content to concentrate on one character for the most part. It might be a side effect of having acquired the NTR fetish myself, making me less interested in fucking anything thats available. So if a game blatantly hinted at me to go after all the women available, I would likely be put off and bored. The atmosphere of a game can feel vastly different depending on how it is written and Babysitter specifically might be offputting to people who hate even the idea of not being in control.

Not true. It's the end of the month so he's losing some patrons as always. He will get them back + more. He's bigger than ever according all data and has 100 patrons more than month ago. NTR routes are totally optional so you should chill out. It's just a game

Well doing the NTR ero content, BEFORE any MC plot advacing content, is a sure-fire way to kill a game IMHO, and since you rocket scientists turned the only other MC action into a GAME OVER, this game is now looking to be a full-on, blue-balls, NTR grief-fest. If that's what you are going for, fine. But at least be up-front about it. Unless suckering in a bunch of non-NTR normies in, IS your goal...
That sure is a cunning plan, to go from a slow-burn corruption-romance peeper-creeper to a full on, cucking, where the players only in-game erotic options, are to watch NPCs get it on with MCs romatic interests while offering no real in-game alternatives.
Perhaps I am mistaken, and you have hot erotic renders and gameplay for MC, that surpass the not-MC content, 2 or more to 1, But I suspect that you do not.

Those few antiNTR crusaders should chillax and read posts carefully. It's been confirmed already that MC will have a couple of different paths and you won't share your girls with anyone if you wish for. Outrage because of optional routes is silly. Development of Babysitter is progressing well and I'm sure it will keep growing in Patrons and content that can satisfy different people

We'll need to wait for the next update to make a proper judgement on how this game is going to shape up in the future. I think what has myself and clearly a few other people worried is what look likes a disproportionate amount of content currently planned where you, the MC, are seemingly not the main focus of the romance route. We won't know to what extent that is until at least the next update and possibly later.

Again, I'm still struggling with the NTR designation (i.e. if this game has NTR or not). I know that word means different things to different people. This is more about Christine having rivals competing for her affection/love box, and not at all about the MC helplessly watching his GF getting fucked. Christine isn't anyone's girlfriend yet.
As T4bbo has told me, the game would be a lot more boring if the MC didn't have rivals to compete against.
As for Sonya, maybe making the moves on her this early in the story was 'too soon?'. If T4bbo wants to say more about that, though, he can.

Just steer clear of the urban dictionary definition as just seems like a bastardized western take on it.
Vndb describes it this way,

I agree that having a little bit of competition is not a bad thing for the story but it has to be written well to be believable. With Christine's situation I was worried that her decision making seemed nonsensical regarding Mr Silver and thus it seemed like the player was being forced down an NTR route. Now obviously that will not be the case as you've already stated in this thread a few pages back but you can see how this raised a view red flags for people. Us mere mortals will just have to wait and see how it plays out from here
