not until he actually releases it.
There's no news since the end of August when he said the update would be released. The game can be considered abandoned at this point.

Because he said no such thing on Patreon, just to be clear.. he did turn of charges for the month but he gave no ETA. could be end of the month, could just as wasily be end of Oct, Nov or Dec for all we know.

ACTUALLY.....you need to be updated....he did say at the end of August, but when that wasn't going to happen he did apologize and said about adding in extra content and animations and a rewrite in some parts for it to make sense. The game has been on hold for this long....might as well be patient a little longer.
