There must be some hidden trigger I am missing. I see Lucy at the pool but there is no way to talk to her. I even get a blue dot under the pool like I need to do something there, but there is no dialog option with Lucy floating in the pool. I do notice that Lucy is also in her room at the same time as she is at the pool. Maybe my save/game is bugged?
