He's working very hard on it, but it is a bit bigger than originally planned for the 0.1 version. No deadline at this point, and he doesn't want to promise anything directly. When he's ready, he'll launch his Subscribestar/Patreon/etc and post it here, too.

# If you really enjoy RAInces work, then play Zip's version (BBS dark path). Or SP's (BBS2.0).

If you simply want to try another incest game, then give demon boy a try. It doesn't do it for me but it's not bad. There are better options out there though, like filf or even big brother remake...

If you just want a good game to kill some time while you wait for any of the BBS versions to come out, then try older but still great games like: milfy city, dirty pool, the tyrant, long story short, pale carnations, view of family, a family venture, daughter for dessert...

Even the abandoned ones are quite enjoyable. A lot better than current games. But if you already have your eyes set on a good game, just go for it.

Based off of what you said it sounds like you haven't played The Tyrant yet which I would recommend if you like games like these.
