What's the mind control content in this game like?

It is in my opinion fairly low level. The MILF takes a medicine which makes her super open to suggestion. So far this has lead to some lewdness (baby steps not jump into sex) but there is a level of uncertainty about if you can make her truly do something she is very much against. Again in my opinion and impression of the text.

So in another game the header where it says Ellie or Rachel they have alternate headers for Ellie's Thoughts or Rachel's thoughts you do that with [MC]'s Thoughts or whatever the variable is......

Quote marks around speech and italics for thought are about as good as you're going to get, it's just the nameplate going italic is kind of annoying. Possibly change the 'thought' character's name to 'Thinking' or something might help if it still isn't clear enough.

agree, anything more than simple font embellishments become distractiing or anoying; using a font where the distinction is clear between normal/italic/bold helps... if you want to embellish the character's name to explicitly mark the type of text, then a small icon as a superscript at the end of their name (thought bubble, light bulb, etc.) would do

The dialogues are mostly the same for male and female mc, I only changed it where it made sense and obviously where scenes differ.

It doesn't really play such a big part, not as much as one might think at first glance

No idea where you're at the moment, but I'm sure if you think back about what happened in mc's past you'll understand his/her behavior a little better, the questionable choices are mostly directed towards one specific character, everything else is more or less your choice.

There was one bit that really stuck out but I do not recall where it was.
I was like, "wow that does not sound like a woman's thoughts!"
I was shocked at the option to molest a character! I had to choose it to see what you meant!
I don't think a woman would call that molesting (even if it is), and I think the term molesting can cover all sorts of assault.

One way I have seen thoughts is just to leave the character's name blank (assuming that the player only sees MC's thoughts).
I have seen them also enclosed like (hmm...) <ahh!> or *Oh I like that!*.

I think we can all agree that in rl nobody should do this, and even if, he would probably get a punch in the face or a kick in the balls immediately.
But first of all this is a game and not rl. Nobody would act like that and get a reaction like that in rl. Second, it's the players choice. Also, if you play a few more games here you'll probably notice that this is actually quite tame compared to other games^^

Tried all of that already, not my cup of tea tbh. I'm still looking to improve this though.

It was a thought as to how to do thinking. The italics versus not or the quotes versus not are each a bit more subtle IMO they can be missed. But the text box header saying they are thinking the text is pretty clear if some people do not know what the italics suddenly mean (newbs) but it can of course also be missed is one is rapidly going through dialogue. I do not know if it was a full suggestion because as you said it is a bit of a conundrum.

What is probably even better is that FemC path is 100% lesbian and he gets feedback from Lesbian players. So it makes FemC QC checked LOL
For my part I like to think Avaron1974 is an influence as her posts are often entertaining and quite often points I agree with.
