If Patreon is banning incest , then they should also ban ''futa'' , 'trans', 'gay' , 'ntr' , 'interracial', 'loli' ,'rape' and many other fetishes that ''offend'' people and snowflakes , becauase why only incest ; is incest so offensive that it needs to be banned ? I don't get their puritan criteria on things they shouldn't be concerned in the first place, specially if they are not illegal; the U.S supreme court ruled in the past that NO DIGITAL characters, ART IMAGES (that are not photographs of actual humans or real people), IMAGES of people that don't exist in real life, fantasy , non existent characters made by computers or artistic paintings and nude representations of them , engaging in sexual activities , DO NOT constitute a crime , or a violation and thus are protected forms of speech or free expressions of ideas that are protected under the Constitution of the United States. I know Patreon can make their own stupid ''terms of service'', but what are their logical and legal arguments for banning fantasy fetishes like incest ? why only incest when they know that is not real sex between real humans ? I don't get it. We need an alternative to those assholes.
