It's because the Incest Patch on the Main Forum Thread isn't 0.3a as of yet.

I assume you both use the icpatch who is for the 0.02b version and the game is 0.03a that's were your error come from. Wait for the patch update or play without it are the two only solution.

Same issue with me, do you know roughly how long it usually takes for the patch to be released with this game?

That is something though that due to Patreon and them even snooping on other sites and forums should never be mentioned. So even if you think it is the dev or someone related to their team, it is always some vile modder by definition.

Well just look at Saddog's post of June 2020 in which he talks about latest investigation by Patreon and it has also been mentioned by other devs that Patreon had problems with incest patches or versions uploaded here, elsewhere or even devs own websites.

Wow. I can kinda understand that out of a policy they don't allow it on their site, but to actively hunt on the internet for incest patches and stuff and confront devs with it, that's kinda sad IMO.

Well I just downloaded the Mega link from the OP and tried to run it, so that means the installer itself contains the incest patch so how can I remove that incest patch from there is my problem.

can someone help.

For the nth time look at the version number of the incest patch if it's not the same as the game then it won't work.
You could also look at the last pages since the update to see if someone else had the same bug and if there is a solution.
