The Spacegirlz Interrupted Endgame folder should have three files called SGZFinal. Move these to the regular Spacegirlz folder and gameplay should proceed after the captain to some guards (easy if routine is learned) and the governess (unbalanced bugfest I think).

Could anyone reupload to something other than mega? No matter what browser I used, I get a "not enough disk space" error, even though I've definitely got enough.

go to Mega.nz website and download Mega to your desktop then copy the Mega Download Link, Right Click The Mega Desktop Icon and click Transfer Manage and Add Link, Mega Transfer Queue will Download The Large file for you.
