He has duck lips, a weak chin, and usually a smug smirk at all times.
VERY punchable face.
Other than that, outstanding game. And all of the ladies are worth pursuing in their own right.

It's this combined with the fact he's a rich boy who's biggest problem is his rich daddy.
I know dudes like that and hate them IRL also.

I tend not to notice the MC as much as I'm usually looking at Lisa or any of the other girls, what would have made it worse and more annoying if the MC was some sort of rival for us

MC is looking much better than most of such games' protagonists. At least he is not 15-years old ugly teenager.

Oh, true. There are plenty of of way worse MC's, especially when it's some twerpy little shithead kid.
I think it's that the ladies are *SO* good in this, that the MC's physical flaws stand out more. And my criticisms of them are mostly teasingly said.
