To be honest, I think so this is a flashback and/or from Lynette's diary.

The bracelet is the same one the MC wears during the Jill concert. A family heirloom from his father Neil perhaps. We learn through the diary in EP8 so that Neil probably had something with another woman a year before he met Lynette. Furthermore, Neil had his fun with women before he met Lynette.

He is a craftsman and travels from town to town, to wherever there is work. Experiencing this in EP1 when he told his son the story of Lynette. It is implied so he did this before he met Lynette.

If this was supposed to be Neil, the only question left was who the woman was. Lynette, a young Jade or maybe Priscilla?

I don't know. We should not forget that one of the main reasons most people play games like this one is the porn in them. And there is a lot of fantasy associated to that industry. Given the fact so Jade and Stephen have been married longer think to me so there could have been 2 points in time. Once when the MC was 12 years old because that's when he got his guitar. What if Neil had a little affair with Jade when she was engaged to Stephen. The MC thought to himself in EP1 so he wouldn't know how his father got so much money together for the guitar. Later when the MC was 15 years old, Neil and Jade meet again because Neil asked Jade for help. The MC had his incident at the high school there. The Burkes help him, in return Stephen insisted he get his 70s seat pit that Neil built.

Now the MC is coming to college. Jade of course knows who the MC is and wonders if his dick is as big as Neil's. On his first night at college, he has his first dream about Jade.
