But later in the game she turns out to be an intelligent and decent person who genuinely cares about others, including a near stranger like Maya. Sage has some very good moments and scenes, but overall her arc doesn't make sense. She changes personalities with the phases of the moon and her story arc is retarded. In her sorority of less than a dozen girls, there's a drug and prostitution scheme involving at least half of them, and she doesn't know it? Is she blind? Does she not see the guys and girls Quinn takes to her room, which is literally decorated like the bedroom of a whorehouse?

And by the way, I don't think MC is the only customer at Quinn's "restaurant". Probably so are all the DIKs including Derek (if Quinn offers the services to MC, I don't know why she won't offer them to Derek), the alphas, some preps and a lot more people on campus. And everyone thinks it's normal? No one comments on it, no one gossips, like they do with Arieth? Why Derek or MC doesn't say clarly to Maya that Quinn offers the sexual services of the other HOTs to guys in the campus? Why everyone treats the girls like they're not sucking cocks in toilets for a few bucks like crack whores? That whole subplot of Quinn's sex restaurant and the gloryholes is retarded too.

I think Sage got exactly what she wanted out of the "Let's fuck right here" conversation with the MC; to draw other peoples attention to check if Chad still cares once news reaches him. The MC and Jacob talk like how long, 2 minutes tops and she's gone ? Smart chick, that one.

The restaurant was simply a porn scene filler before the MG's went "live", never to be heard of again. After that all the girls being a part of it, ask for money directly if the MC wants that pussy.

What Sage knows and how involved she is, is probably something that will resolve at some point, it's hinted at several times, so it's wait and see on that one.

Sage is about to fuck MC in front of everyone, and Jacob just happens to save her by chance from being the campus whore. A simple kiss to MC in front of people could have done the job with Chad just fine, but she wants to put on a porn show anyway and ruin her reputation on campus with the other students, her professors and her family. Not to mention someone might record it on their cell phone and upload it to social media... That would have happened if Jacob had already been fucking Arieth, or just minding his own business in another room. Yeah, smart girl.

That Burke is the headmaster is a stretch, but considering that he has a dominant position when judging Chad, he seems to independently manage the scholarships, in the game he represents the highest authority at BR for now, so it's as if he was

If that would've been Sage's intention she surely would've waited 2 minutes.

Nobody said you have to pretend it never existed, just acknowlege what it's main purpose was.

Same as before, we have to wait and see until we get more info on what Sage actually knows.

And "great writing" is a high bar, I think most would be happy already if stuff like Maya's tuition or Tybalt's blackmail wouldn't dictate so much of the plot. To me the writing was always "just fine", but if flows well with the overall theme.

Scholarships sure, but thats a long way from representing the highest authority. Cathy had the power to exclude him from having any part in judging Rusty, she made the decision on her own.

I think if DPC would have wanted him to be seen as the "highest authority" it would've been easily fixable with a different title, if anything his actual titles make him seem like "we gave him something to do, because he throws money our way".

I don't think so. Cathy excludes Burke by not telling him anything, not as a matter of authority, if she had then decided to punish Rusty we do not know if she would have had to go through Burke's judgement. The question of the photo remained essentially private.
