Posting pictures of someone else online without their permission is ILLEGAL. Read the contract that you have to sign for xhamster to post. Looking is fine however to post on there they have a HUGE contract you have to at least electronic sign. If someone who was on those films/clips didn't give their permission and brought it to xhamster attention they would pull it so fast heads would spin. Get a lawyer involved and OMG the staff would go crazy to accommodate the request.

I’m not sure about the US, but over here you can specify in the last will and testament at which age and under which conditions a legacy or trust will be released. Although 18 or 21 would be the default choice like you said. Also it wouldn’t usually involve family members searching for the beneficiaries as suggested in discussions in this thread, The searching would typically be done by the notary public as they would have access state/municipal records. And he/she would send the letter.
Anyhow it might be different in other countries and I’m also not sure if DPC really thinks he needs to go into such detail....

Depends on the state. In certain states posting "Revenge porn" can get you a longer prison term than assault, no joking. Sexual Predator status for life. Your in the same category as rapists and child predators.

You are right. But as you said, she/he have to give permission. If she/he even don't know about it or, even better, decide to let it go (like no pressing charge ) ? Then, no problem ahead.
Really, I insist, I agree with you. I'm just trying to say that if there's no repercussions on this, personally, I wouldn't be surprised. (I am talking about the game)

I'm not American, i'll not go all out against an american about the law in their country. It's really not my place.
But i think it's the same for every country when i say that, if the police is not involved then the crime tecnically didn't happen lawwise speaking. And as i said, i don't think Cathy would press charge and no one would call the police.

Yeah, that's something that's been discussed quite a lot here. I personally can see how they, at the very least, understand each other in that moment because they both cheated for the same reasons, and with the same person for similar reasons, but I don't believe they should have forgiven each other so easily let alone professed their love for each other.
Obviously, this is a very difficult thing to write and I'm sure that even a skilled Hollywood screenwriter would be hard pressed to come up with a plausible way for a situation involving 2 girls who are in relationship with each other finding out they've both been cheating on each other with the same guy to be resolved, but at the very least I feel like they should have asked the question, "What does this mean for this?" You can't possibly go back to the way things were and say you love each other like nothing happened, especially Maya who's doing something with a guy for the first time.
But anyway, it's done now, DPC has tried to retcon it in ep 5, and we all just have to live with it.

Another complicating factor is that the picture of Cathy might not be the only such picture. If something like this did happen in the real world, there would almost certainly be calls for an investigation by other students, faculty, parents and alumni. Even if Cathy did her level best to stonewall any investigation into her own photo (such as insisting it was not posted without permission, crazy as that claim would be), the police would likely be dragged in by the public furor eventually.
