VN Ren'Py Being a DIK [v0.10.1] [Dr PinkCake]

Judging by overall package, Being A DIK is still my #1 Adult Visual Novel by miles. But render wise, DPC is so inconsistent. Maya skin tone sometimes look like she was shot by Homer Simpson's makeup shotgun. Isabella & Cammy on episode 7 look like a sistah. Jill's face changes every other episode.

The funny thing is, none of this issue were present in Acting Lessons.

Comparisons are insidious. but there is a lot of juggling going on here and that's obviously going to make things take longer. You can complain about having more content in the long run or are you worried that a lot of this isn't going anywhere? because i can totally see that. I personally think it's kind of weird for a strip club not to have a boss, am I going to be upset if she plays momma bear to the other strippers in some sappy cliché type way? Yes. Do I think she might tie into Quinn's story somehow (is that what you are hinting?) I don't know, it's plausible considering Quinn is a pimp. I thought I could use Ryona to get to Quinn but so far that hasn't really panned out for me. As a matter of fact lots of the sneaky underhanded shit i can pull in real life doesn't seem to even so much as factor in here. MC can troll the jocks socials then beat up their new leader, very smart undermine your enemies allies, but he just kind of oscillates between smart and stupid like he has no idea what he is doing. Like that resolution you get for beating Caleb where you are pretty much told "Duh people can get hurt when you hit them." I don't even know, it's like whoever is making this is just winging it. Still weird how this game offers a story and you complain about the sex bits when there is a sea of porn out there and truthfully all the naughty stuff in this game bores me to tears...

I could have sworn Quinn was a love interest? like with points and everything back when episode 5 was the furthest the game got to. It would have made sense to keep her as a love interest seeing as the pairing are done in 2's it looks like (Josy, Maya) (Isabella, Jill) it would have been (Sage, Quinn) but I guess not. Unfortunate because besides all the girls in the HOTs dorm, shes top 3 for me alongside Jade and Sage

If you look at the previous game there was an option to end up with ex (don't remember what she's called). There was no RP with her, just a few variables. If Quinn isn't a LI it doesn't means there will be no ending with her.

A lot of people here will argue this until they're blue in the face. In my opinion, Quinn is going to become a love interest. Officially, she's never really been considered a love interest by DPC and as far as I know, there's never been any love points for her but of course, I haven't dipped into the code/script files for this game in a long time and my memory sucks.
The way her story is shaping though, tells me and a few others that Quinn will become a love interest or at the very least get an ending. Like I said though, a LOT of people here don't want to see that happen because of a misunderstanding of Quinn's motives and actions.

It's not a matter of pride. Having standards, maybe, and not fucking women I find entirely unattractive. I wanted Envy, so I had to tolerate the presence of Sandy during the threesome, but old women with veiny tits and liverspots just aren't appealing to me. (caveat: I didn't look close enough to check for liver spots, I just really find her unappealing).

In a similar way, I find Jill unappealing. Sure, she has a few good renders, but she still looks like a goblinoid whenever she smiles, and if I wanted to fuck a goblin, I'd go for David Bowie in The Labyrinth, because at least we'd get Jennifer Connelly in the threesome.

Outside of seeing how this game ultimately plays out, I have zero interest in the lewd aspects of Jill's model/character at all.

I kinda like her to be honest, I feel like shes just heavily misunderstood too. Some more interactions with her, a couple dates, and some opening up and she'll be fine. Also, the fact that DPC created Swyper but only made like 1/3 of the girls fuckable was such a waste tbh. Like what was even the point
