That's the secret age verification technology it scans your PC with malware for info about your age. Then if you're not over 18 you get ip blocked from accessing the game and are instantly reported to the porn police.

It's definitely not that. Like I said, I've verified that it's not something from BEFORE the 3 mini-games. Those nerd study money would have come right at the end of a class test, not in the middle of a free roam. And if I reload to a point in the free roam just before the mini-games, and play them again, it's extremely unlikely that I would get that extra $1.

Yup. So literally no one among the playerbase wouldn't see him as a virtual threat. However, 6 ep. had some of that, a step in the right direction - remember the party at the HOTs? Removing the jocks was kinda silly but still and there was a cool moment with Lily and your "competition". The question is - will Caleb compete for any of the side girls in the future eps (no fucking chance for main LIs I'd say). Bella's husband is still somewhere so perhaps we'll see them back together when the routes will lock for real (who am I kidding?).

And at the same free roam we needed to mix drinks in order to see some lewd scenes. That's also something. Especially so as you said, mini-games/stat grind isn't fun so that was a nice alternative.
