This pregnancy test is probably giving everyone a headache. The problem is actually Quinn. She swaps out the birth control pills with sugar pills. Of course, a horror version would be if Quinn stretches the birth control pills with coke to make it go away. But that's just speculative. Here are a few theories of mine.
Arieth
In EP7 and EP8, the good girl was pretty much curled up holding her stomach. With her consumption of men, that would be no wonder. Besides, pregnant women have strange appetites. Who warms up dog food again? Maybe there's a little puppy on the way.
I understand that Dawe is buying birth control pills to Quinn because he uses it as doping (didn´t know it have that use, by the way), but, why a girl would buy those pills to a drug dealer? It´s difficult for a girl in US to get a prescription for those pills and just buy it at a pharmacy? Or any other contraceptive method? Also... would a woman mistaken sugar pills with contraceptive pills?
I think that Quinn´s sugar pills are important. If not, DPC would have not introduced it in the game. But I think Arieth is the only girl that would use it. Dawe is her official boyfriend and... well, she eats dog food. She doesn´t actually takes a lot fo care about what she puts in her mouth
. I can imagine Arieth taken one of Dawe´s pills just for not bothering in going to the pharmacy, puting it into her mouth and thinking "This pill is sweet... mmmm yummy!"
Also, it´s possible a gameplay with Tremolo´s swimmers not going even close to a womb, so Tremolo is not the father. And Arieth is one of the only girls that Tremolo never bangs.
It make sense that the pregnant one is not one of Tremolo´s girls if he´s not the father, to avoid any trace of NTR in this game (something I´m strongly agree)
My guess is DPC is changing the narrative arc of Arieth: from a comic relief to a dramatic character. He has done that already with Chad, for example: at first he was a cliché muscular asshole that makes miserable his girlfriend and bully weaker boys, and now is a cliché dramatic gay character.
But there is another possibility that I have not seen here: Zoey.
Why Zoey returns? She was "living the life" in San Diego. Surfing, getting tattoos, posing naked for social media... Getting a new boyfriend... Well, one of the reasons a girl would return her parent´s home after going to "live the life" to the beach is being pregnant and having a boyfriend that doesn´t want to take care of his son.
Maybe she got pregnant, said to her new boyfriend "Darling, we have a problem", the boyfriend said "Babe, it´s not our problem, it´s yours"... so she decided to return home and think what she does next. All this could have happened only a few weeks ago, so she doesn´t show belly.
Anyway, the story of the pregnancy test worries me. I hope DPC will not introduce in this story the drama of an unwanted child and some kind of debate about abortion laws (something that Tremolo mentions in one of the scenes with Sage) and the right of a woman to kill her own child because, for example, wants to continue "living life" at the beach. It´s the worst possible topic for a porn game. I´m thinking about the politically corrected dialogues and scenes that situation would generate in the game, and I´m getting both tired and bothered
Also, would drag Tremolo AGAIN into a soap-opera drama that he hasn´t created. ANOTHER girl to save from herself...
