They could simply maintain their whole “disowning”… as opposed to on other routes attempting to embrace him. Less they do something negative and more they don’t do something positive.
The very first bit of the intro to the game would add a lot of weight of his new “family” being the ones at stake.
Like I said, this theory is hanging off very little. As an aside I will say Im kinda on board with Jill going that way… not saying I want a retelling of the play to the letter but Jill/MC being madly in love and against the world is my preference for how she plays out rather than “internal” drama.

When you steal, you steal from the best and Jill and Bella and MC have a definite thing triangle going on, specifically with the MC and Jill being "equal and opposite" in many MANY ways, and Bella guarding Jill like a literal Lioness.
Also pretty sure the story's been written in reverse as other have pointed out, so the further in the more likely the similarities might be; a lot of the MGs and SGs are mirrors of each other but with one or two circumstance being different; hell the difference between Zoey and Quinn is Quinn is all talk and Zoey actually puts her money where her mouth is.

It isn't. Going back to the central argument, the money. If the money is already paid to B&R then Patrick has no leverage. If the money isn't already paid then what happens to it if Patrick refuses to pay it? The student loan is the perfect shitstorm that just keeps on shitting.

When a student loan is given out, you don't just get a bag full of cash. The bank pays the school, and those who signed the loan pay back the bank.
If Patrick doesn't pay back the bank, then the bank can go after the co-signer who in this case is Maya. That wouldn't happen until after she graduates. It also makes no sense, since he's the one with assets and not Maya so the bank is going to go after him first.
The whole scenario makes more sense if Patrick is willing to pay Maya's tuition only given his conditions, otherwise she'd need to take out a loan. Of course, even that makes no sense. MC is already doing that and it's not the end of the world ...

Clearly DPC is a psychic vampire, who revels in the wails of despair of his player base.
Why else would he put Quinn in the banner, give her a whole arc about getting feeling for the MC, and all the while keep saying she's a side girl?
The Universal Ren'Py Mod is great for modding and debugging. It isn't the best way to understand game mechanics, reading the scripts is. You can't console hack/mod the game effectively with URM or anything else if you don't know how the scripts work.
There isn't one. To understand how RenPy games work, you need to understand the code & engine behaviour. The only way to do that is the documentation, reading posts about RenPy development/coding, and looking at game scripts to see how devs do things. Start with some basic tutorials to understand how RenPy works.
Everyone, as you amply demonstrated by posting a huge list of variables you don't understand? Who do you think has time to document hundreds of variables & describe what they do? Keeping in mind most of them do nothing of interest. Only a few console hacks get posted, because only a few are useful enough to be requested. If you want to compile all the console hacks that have been posted, then go for it. Anything more complicated or specialised requires using mods, or digging around in the scripts yourself.
You previously said you already know the basics of using the console to change variables. The information you need to understand what variable to change, and how that will influence the game can only be found by understanding the scripts.
Explaining how to mod in any detail is well beyond the scope of a game thread. But here's a BaDIK specific example which has previously been discussed:

It would depend on just what actually happened. The situation as described by Maya (and/or DPC) is illegal as Patrick has effectively stolen Maya's money, but as has been pointed out, the situation also doesn't make much sense.
If we want to imagine other possibilities that could make sense, Patrick could have created a set of contracts where Maya signed up for a large loan as a lump sum, then handed the money over to him. If Patrick also had a way to call in the loan early, that would leave Maya on the hook for the money unless she plays along. That could potentially be a legal contract, though it would be a very suspicious one.
Of course Maya clearly didn't know what she was actually signing up for, and it's likely Patrick lied to her about it which would invalidate the contract. But proving that isn't a trivial undertaking if we assume Patrick is willing to fight it out in court; judges don't like to void contracts if they can avoid it. So it would really come down to how vigorously Maya could contest it.
All the more reason for her to start raising even moderate amounts of $.; even if it can't pay the full tuition, it would give her options. And I hear someone needs handymen...

MEGA upload, and change VPN servers every 5 Gb. Some people have been able to just turn the VPN on and off for a bit every now and then, but for me I had to keep the VPN on while it was downloading.
