Bella is an amazing character, and probably the wildest one in bed. Whatever secret she keeps, rather than something dangerous, it will be something tragic. As for Bella and Jill... could it be that Bella's husband went away in the military and while he was on duty Bella got lonely and had an affair with Jill. Jill humps people in their sleep; that's probably what happened with Bella. Also it doesn't look like it matters to Bella if there's a physical relationship, it's the emotional stuff that was/is messing with her.
Theory: If you are on the "MC Fucks Jade" path, then Stephen Burke will use the video evidence of the affair to blackmail Isabella into sleeping with him, in exchange for not expelling MC.
