We know the creativity of the DPC: if something really bad happens, it happens at the very end of the episode...credits and another 7-8 months of waiting.

You have discovered the secret message...B&R. And regarding the photo, who doesn't tell us that it was Amelia who took it?Could fit in the timeline, as Jill is older than MC (if I remember correctly, she's in her 3rd year in university, so she's at least 2 years older than him).
Personally, I think making MC a Burgmeister is going to be cheap, like Jon Snow levels of cheap. (We already said that he can't be a Royce due to Patreon reasons).
But it might go that way, with GoT's Fire and Ice destiny and Jill's all the destiny talk gives me those vibes. I really hope DPC doesn't do it, but it's even in the name - B&R. Jill is the Royce, so it's possible that MC is the Burgmeister.
P.S: B&R can allude to something else - Bianca & Rusty, the one true ending.

Nobody needs them when you have Maya and Jill.It seems that the DPC has decided to troll Quinn fans to the last. Probably her preview will be the last and will be released in October, right before Episode 9. In general, who else was left without a preview and who can be shown? Sarah, Melanie, Camilla, Quinn, possibly Elena. Maybe another preview of Bella.

but I believe that a large part of the ramifications of the new chapter stem from the 'forced' branching of Crossroad, where each choice will lead to a differently experienced chapter
if you add to that Zoey's possible Chick/Dik fork there are already all the branching you want

Oh boy oh boy oh boy, that DPC quote sparked some hope in me i have not entertained for so long. What if it means that we are shifting towards leaving the common route behind or much of it that have been the main game so far? IF each branch is gonna be more special with unique events to each LI than ever before besides classes and parties i mean. I dare not believe it though... what about "Others"? And Zoey?! GAH! My brain! Damn you hope!
