Depends. From the top of my head there's content hidden under DIK affinity (or status, I don't remember) for Sage this past version. Maybe future BDSM content with her will be unavailable for some paths.

from a technical standpoint it's perfectly fine, probably the most balanced. His personality however, is a different question, there are some really lame moments for him, some eye roll worthy moment .
like in episode 9, there some moments that is pretty lame, here some differences

You can do a throuple route with Bella, Sage or Jill active, if you then choose Bella, Sage or Jill at the end of ep 8 then you get the dumping scene in ep 9.

Perfect, awesome! Gonna have to fly through another playthrough just to be safe, haha.

It's a modded game issue, not a game issue.
Download newest version of Sancho's mod and use it, it will allow you to resume playing.
BUT, if you used Scrappy's before, and now switch to Sancho, you might still have issues.
So if Option 1 doesn't solve it, download BaDIK s3 into a new folder, and mod that new folder with Sancho.

Also, some come in with "But I never used a mod!", only for it to end up that they downloaded save from this site.
And you guessed it, save with mods/cheats.

I believe that affinity, as has been the case so far, will at most exclude some option in the lewd scene (such as choking Sage, eating Bella or 'hugging' Maya), which is the cheapest/laziest solution
