I'm not getting the right Work Assignments in ep.7, and I'm not able to assign Tommy and Jacob nor Leon and Jamie to the only $$$ job.

I'm just able to assign them to $$ jobs.

and I've followed the Mansion Restoration Guide to a T. this time

Any help is appreciated.

Job and job requirements are random, so it varies from time to time. Try reloading the save to see if you can find some jobs you can do.

We will buy a van and drive across the country until we find somewhere nice to settle down
Then Maya can be a social worker like she wants to be
Josy can work at the nearest department store
And I'll rent some big building and start seminars on how to treat your lady right
And charge lots of money to join

And then we of course have some kids and live happily ever after

Well, he did recently say nice things about Quinn and even lusted after her. So, I would say you're 100% correct this time.
