My reasoning was:
If it's Arieth, she just found some big stash of money by accident. Without thinking, she just took the money and she'll spend it on some childish things.

name88 is right. If we go by plot importance, Quinn is probably the 3rd most important female in the game - and will become even more important if the central conflict of the game is going to involve the drugs and hoes ring.
