Again, you only think up to the end of your nose and run into the wall. The Porsche's location is right opposite the DIK Mansion. We don't see Maya running through the rain. She gets out of the Porsche, opens the umbrella and walks to the DIK Mansion. Derek, who was driving, goes through the door of the movie theater into the DIK Mansion. Where the Preps enter the DIK Mansion in EP9. Many people (I'm one of them) open an umbrella when they get out of the car and it's raining. I don't think so Maya drove herself because we don't know if she has a license. After all, she has taken the bus to college 3 times. But Derek has a driver's license. We know that.omg, dalli_x is on a roll today!
I swear, I laughed my ass off by reading your stuff todayno offence please! But I can't help myself!
Yeah! just hide your ass in a pillow fort and all problems are solved, an alternative reality has been created and Maya's hand(s) is saved, no fungus and other rubbish that the unfaithful Patrick picked up somewhere on the side is no longer scary to her!
And about the Porsche... yeah, because it's a different places maybe? The DIKs location and the HOTs location? I won't dissapoint you, but Maya came and went on her own two feet. Even assuming of walking somewhere where Patrick's car sales located at, to bring a Porsche from that place just to drive back to the DIKs mansion. All the mansions are in minutes of walk, dude. They are borrow cars to go down city or somewhere else or far, but not to drive their asses across the campus.
And again, you're not including what can be seen in EP8 and EP9. The car dealership belongs to Patrick. Ergo, Derek may have had the Porsche for a while, as of EP9. Where do we see the Porsche? Behind Isabella as she stands in front of the DIK Mansion in EP9. In the same parking space opposite the DIK Mansion. Ergo, Derek didn't have to get the Porsche in EP10 because he already had it in EP9.
And again, you didn't read correctly. Derek uses the Porsche to get from campus to the Baileys' house faster, not to drive around campus as you idiotically assume. I'm really sorry, that was weak of you. Either you're not thinking or it was a desperate attempt to distract. Which makes me think further. 4163.
There are some DAZ3D assets from Auto. But there are more OBJ of cars that you can use in DAZ3D without any problem. Weak argument. Again. Maya won't be able to drive the Porsche because she probably doesn't have a driver's license. Derek won't be known as a Porsche user because he's only been using it since EP9. At the end of EP8, the Porsche was still in Patrick's car dealership parking lot. There're so much DAZ assets for cars! Say thanks that Bella's, Jill's and Rusty's cars are different. We are not in the Need for Speed.
Maya & Derek are well known Porsche users among the campus. Why I'm not surprised that MC had no clue of it? The sugar daddy Patrick will satisfy them in any way, with the only condition and demand to "be straight".
I agree with you about pregnancy and birth being the cause of the illness. It could also be that Helen caught a bacteria, virus or fungus during the birth that triggered this illness. Even in a hospital there are people working who can make mistakes and a hospital is full of infectious bacteria, viruses and fungi. If cleanliness and sterility are not meticulously observed, you can also become infected in a hospital. She got sick and diagnosed soon after pregnancy and childbirth. It's a well known fact, that pregnancies often "awakens" diseases which were in a "sleep" mode for years. Even super healthy woman can get sick in very different ways after childbirth.
And treatable is not an equal to curable. That's what her doctor said at the beginning of flashback. Her "treatment" now is to consume one medicine to be able to take the other medicine. She is in such pain that she has to take morphine. It's a one-way ticket already. And dementia is a one-way ticket too.
Patrick were triggered only by breaked vows he gave to his wife. He is convinced that he must restrain them at all costs. He was rough in upbringing them for almost 20 years. But the whole abuse shit and threatening started only after he found out about Josy and that Maya will void the 2 of his vows at a time. No aisle, no children and making Helen grandmother. At least from the Maya side. That's why he is rough but more or less polite with Derek and even asks him to spy on her, but is totally triggered about the Maya.
You're known as being attentive to details - review the scene, where Maya showing MC her old photos. When she is young (the years before graduating from the high school) - she looks more or less happy. As much as it possible with their family situation.
I know that it is not curable and can only be treated. However, the treatment can respond well so that the symptoms can be kept very well under control. However, Derek mentioned that Helen's immune system is very weak so the progression of the disease will not be halted. Dementia really is a one-way street.
Josy was probably the trigger for Patrick to find out about Maya having a relationship with her in the first place. Why? Piercing. Maya couldn't hide it and she probably told Patrick about her relationship with Josy herself. But that's no reason to be rude to your children. It's also no reason to psychologically abuse your children. Also, keep in mind that Patrick already paid for some of Maya's college money. So he doesn't know so Maya continues to date Josy. Ergo, again, there is no reason for Maya's abuse. But through Maya, we learn the real reason. Helen verbally attacks Patrick when her medication wears off and Maya and Derek are better at calming Helen down than Patrick. But now Maya and Derek are at college and rarely at home. We learn that Helen's illness got worse 3 months ago. August 11-3=8. Start of college.
Josy may just have been the catalyst for Patrick's first rude act towards Maya. But with Maya and Derek leaving for college, they were home a lot less and Patrick was exposed to more and more verbal abuse from Helen. Since then, he has also had to take care of the household, work and look after Helen all by himself. That's why Patrick Becher is always full. But again, that's no reason to be rude to Maya and Derek. I thought it was very odd for Maya to say to Patrick in EP7 so she'd put the date for Sunday dinner with the family on her calendar. It sounds to me like Maya had other domestic responsibilities and it wasn't just a family dinner.
In any case, Maya looks happy. She does say so it was a happy time. Maya and Derek were still living at home at the time too. That made Patrick's life much easier. The problems only started when Patrick found out about Josy and that will have been just before she graduated from high school and then Maya and Derek left for college.
