Pussy would not sneak into Patrick's house for stealing papers.
Joshy said earlier that it made him uncomfortable to sleep with M and J when they were still a couple, but no one felt uncomfortable about leaving their beloved Father alone on Thanksgiving, Or going to another man's house and accepting his hospitality with the intent to lie and steal from him. Am I the only one that was bothered by that?

This game doesn't need a complicated story. Being a DIK is a college sitcom, kind of like The Big Bang Theory or How I Met Your Mother. They have mostly localized plots, and there's almost no overarching plot.
Besides, if you think back to the teen comedies about college in the 90s, was there any plot there? The plot of American Pie is to lose your virginity before you graduate from college. And the whole comedy is about a bunch of losers trying to do that, and it creates comic situations because of it.
The plot of this game is in the title, What It Means to Being A DIK. Being A DIK is both being a fraternity member and being a party guy.
Overall, the lewd scenes are so good not just because they are well done. The characters don't look like fuck dolls like in games like Inceton Games or Genesis Order, but like living people and so every lewd scene is an emotionally evocative event. The main reason for the popularity is the characters, not the plot.
I've heard the college sitcom argument a lot on this forum, but the argument is getting pretty weak what with burglery, kidnapping, and assault with a deadly weapon entering the game.

I feel sorry for leaving Neil alone, about Patrick - well, he deserves it.

That's something that wasn't needed in the game. Sometimes it's hard for me to categorize a game and assign it to a certain genre because there are several genres in the game that fit together pretty badly.
It's a crime detective, a sitcom, and a melodrama all at the same time.

That seems to be a widespread attitude these days but I've never considered a free pass to do anything to someone just because I didn't like them. I guess a late game Patrick lynching is inevitable

I take it you haven't watched much teen college stuff on The CW.

Actually the college loan documents are also the property of Derek and Maya so there's really not any "stealing" involved.

It's not that I just don't like him, you understand. We help a friend in trouble who has become a victim of blackmail and abuse from her own father. If it requires getting my hands a little dirty, I'm in. No regrets.

Yes, that's so much easier than getting Jill's lawyer to file a writ for the documents. Or they could have gone online, learned how to file a writ, it's not really difficult, just a few legal hoops to jump through and you don't need to be a member of the bar to do it. In fact it would settle the whole Loan storyline, Patrick wouldn't dare to act against Maya once the issue had been brought before the courts.

You could be wrong. Maya and Derek are not the borrowers, but guarantors. The original documents therefore belong to Patrick. However, Maya and Derek are entitled to a certified copy. This can also be requested retrospectively. Legally speaking, it was theft, but not burglary, because family members (Maya and Derek) knew about it and approved it.

But I imagine that DPC will not go into such depths in this regard.

True, but not the point.
Citing CW writing just proves my point, DPC is not a good writer. That's not to say that he hasn't written a few good scene's, the backyard guitar lesson from ep4 always springs to mind, but he is horribly inconsistent. I sometimes wonder if he hasn't used a ghost writer in the past
