The last estimate he gave was around 15-17 episodes iirc.
But I'm too lazy atm to search for the actual quote so... yeah.

How many episodes total will DIK be? Has the count raised or lowered as you write the story?
The episode count has increased since the start of the project. Originally, I thought I'd need something close to 8-12 episodes to tell the story, with way shorter episodes. Today, I'm fairly sure that Season 4 will be the final season. I also suspect it won't be a traditional season, as it includes the endings. How many episodes Season 4 will have isn't decided yet, but I know the rough outline of the final season, and I will enjoy every moment of creating the conclusion to the story. We are getting closer to the end as episodes start answering more questions than asking new ones. I believe my previous estimate was 15-17 episodes, and depending on how the episodes will be counted in the final season, I believe we're looking at something like 14-16 episodes total for the game. I know I need up until episode 14, for sure. At that point, it gets blurry, but I'm not stopping until the endings are what I want them to be. I don't want to rush the end of the game, but I don't intend to linger to extend it beyond what's needed.

I think Mr. DPC is trying to balance things between Maya and Josy. Maya is a bore; if she's also revealed to be an uptight vanilla girl, she'll be an easy dump if we have to choose. I get what you are saying but the reason i believe that it will be around 14 to 15 is his equipment and game quality if he prolong the game the quality of the previous episode won't match the new one he need to remake most of it

I don't think it set how eps there going to be if he stays with 4 eps per season it 16 but considering we now in the year or longer for a ep it could be 5 or even 10 years to finish sadly it maybe closer to 10 I really hope I'm wrong

If it took him over a year to make an update that would take me a month to see everything new, that would be quite impressive.

I was fine with Episode 10, content-wise. I know why he does it, but making us choose between Maya and Josy all the time is getting annoying. We're a throuple, I'd like to act like one, and Tommy can go fuck himself.

Something I'd like to see is a little more diversity in the lewds. He mainly deals with vanilla, anal apparently being as far as he'll go, and that's fine. But maybe dip a toe in some other areas, like how we can choke Sage a little. Josy looks like she's gearing up for something special, maybe we can expect a surprise from her?

Agree last time from interlude episode 9 it took him 11mos . From episode 9 to 10 it took him more than a year.

I know some people don't like the free roam segments, with Episode 9 being the worst culprit, but it could've been worse.
