So yes there are persons who could witness the MC was there, but thats it, at best trespassing, with Jills permission not sure u could get far with it.
The egging is there, but MC/Derek where outside of the mansion, behind a wall so how many witnesses are there ?

I'd say a half decent law suit would rip such accusations in the air.

Again, I think we're past the point of getting any kind of easy, logical resolutions to anything in this game as it's now seemingly about ramping up a lot of extreme and often unnecessary drama just for the sake of it.

You need to get the code to unlock the door in the palace from the lowlifes in the bar. You need to have your guitar(lute) with you(DON'T trade for weapon or trade after getting the code; your call). The trust part can be guessed with who answers the question "How often do they come" and "How much they had drunk".
BUT, first ask the barkeeper how often they come to drink and how much they have drunk. Depending on the answer, choose the person(for me it was Dawe)
For the acid, either buy a pot from the craftswoman or ask Quinn(Moira) for secrets rather than fucking her...
After you unlock the door with the code from the lowlifes, use the button combination and get the pot and collect acid.

Also, why in lewd games the only possible answer to a blackmailing attempt is just go with it. Why don't ask for help the same way she went to the counselors with the Chad fight, why don't ask Bella for advice if she doesn't want to go to her parents, why don't (maybe) open her eyes and stay completely out of it and let the MC to face the consequences of his actions (maybe with a side help from her). you need to suceed on swiper with her and then not be on jill's path when you go to the bar. you should then get a chance to speak to her when your queing for drinks

This is on two seperate saves, the other one going back all the way to Episode 2 or something similar.
Anyone has any idea what to do, as I don't really want to start over? The savnes don't seem to be currupted (as they load just fine on 0.5.0), but just aren't compatible what the newest version.

In the next episode I need Derek to snap out of his funk. One of the things that made the first five episodes so fun was goofing around with BigBootyLover. If the main story is going to travel down a path of increased drama, then I'd prefer my comic relief to liven things up. I don't like seeing both Sage and Derek moody all of the time. And please no cancer, no AIDs, no Covid, none of that shit. I'll accept one house fire, however...so Quinn and Stephen can burn in it.

Seems like it, i like a good written drama, but here it feels just drama for dramas sake, not something i like.
I just wish he would stop doing it in a way which ruins the characters and stick to some logic and coherence. The M/J libriary scene and how ep 4 was handelt, now the Jill thing, the tutation of Maya...i'm not sure i even want to know what awaits us for Bella

Being there doesn't mean setting the fire. Sure, he's suspicious, but being gilty of one doesn't mean being gilty of the other.
