but seriously considering everything we know about the MC being a single child of a single parent home who is dirt poor had no friends except for zoey and was bullied during school (and i do not disagree anyone that uses those hairstyles that the MC uses deserves to be bullied), furthermore is the son of a weak father who had the obligation of doing better, i mean his work should allow for a house that does not give you pneumonia during winter or him working where he does he can`t repair the house to insulate it from the environment? No TV he was raised in the streets and yet no friends clearly emotionally stunted!
further more Neil is such a weak role model that he always finds a way to ruin the MC birthday not that it was not ruined already with the sucky hair cuts no friends and being dirt poor but still ...
we should have a vote but based on evidence the MC is surprisingly good even my MC 80% of kids in such situations would have dropped out got arrested or murdered before they graduated high school instead of reaching college!
All the LI are rich girls from the MC perspective they got to go on vacation he had to work during summer... and yet he has no savings when he goes into college that he needs to skim of the tuition money for a rendez-vouz avec Q et douce Rhyona! and if anyone says but Josie worked her tuition are paid already so... rich bitch!
if he had to work during the summer and could not create some savings, and we know he did not spent it on a car or a proper bike... what gives? he had to pay "rent"!
So yes the way i describe my MC considering everything is correct in 9/10 of real life situations!

its more a question of Tommy being full of anger because he is the child of divorced parents!
But the MC with the life he had it can not be just anger but also resentment! My MC is the kind of dude that felt no love growing up and he will set fire to the village to feel its warmth!
the way most people play does not take into consideration what it his to be hungry or endure cold during the winter being bullied for being a poor motherless orphan, he had no friends (because his hair cuts and fashion sense gezzzzz)! Its stated time and time again he had no comforts except a weak role model that he should resent not love!
if the MC was being played by people that went trough the childhood that the MC is reported as having they would be over aggressive lieing thieves, no TV he had to find his fun in the street but due to his early childhood and therefore miss socialization in the early years he should find it almost impossible to find friends!
The victims of bulling have a pituitary gland that is over developed making them extremely sensitive to negative emotions and thus less frustration resistant and therefore over aggressive!
also with such a life and he had no contacts with drugs? like any drug dealer would ignore a lonely kid in such a situation the only explanation was that he was too poor to pay for them, but he would also have to be extremely dumb not to be useful...either the MC is exaggerating to get pity points or the character makes little sense!
