You ever stop and think about what the reaction would be if Netflix or HBO or Showtime adapted Being a D.I.K. into a live action TV series?

Imagine trying to cast actors for a show with as much nudity and hardcore pornography as BAD. How would you explain to Sage's actress about the neck message scene in Episode 8? "So, as he's rubbing your neck, your top just slips down and the cameras get a nice view of your tits for no necessary reason."

Imagine the dozens of "think pieces" from The Mary Sue, AV Club, Salon, etc. and other "woke" entertainment websites, about how sexist and mysogynistic BAD is in the wake of the #MeToo movement.

Sage and Bella keep getting hotter. It's unreal. Those two make all the other amazingly hot beautiful girls in this game seem less hot. Huge fan of Josy too.

Dr pink cake can write the shit out of a game, and still make it hot. The updates are substantial so it's totally worth the wait. This one...so far is great. The story so far is awesome. No wonder there have been so many copy cats, since this came out.

Well, it doesn't mean anything. This clip may be a teaser for the whole season, and not for a specific episode. Unless DPC is going to fit the preparation for Halloween, the disassembly with Burke and Halloween itself into one series. But it seems unlikely.

It means that the damn Halloween party would be delayed after the "interlude" and the next update. Three updates from here. Maybe ONE AND A HALF YEAR or so, waiting for the bloody party. The hype is going to bigger that the one for Cyberpunk 2077 or the ending of Game of Thrones . And we all know what usually happens when such a huge hype is created by a dev.

Even if we "only" have to wait a year for the Halloween party (a whole year!!! I´m dying inside ), is going to be really hard for DPK to write a "free roam" so damn good that survives the hype. The "free roam" of the party in this updates has been just "meh" at best...

Disagree. For example, the free roam in the party of the HOTs was great. The scene with Sage in the garden was amazing.

But it's true that some free roams in the house of the DIKs are repetitive and boring: "go talk with X, go talk with Y, go talk with Z..." I'ts OK the first time, that way the MC knows the house, but after that, would have been better, IMO, if DPC, instead of free roams, would had just gathered the DIKs so the MC can talk with all of them at the same time in one scene, and use the work and effort put into those free roams into the house in other more interesting scenes.

By that logic we are going to have main plot line story in early episodes and Halloween in later episodes

I think we are going to have main confrontation with burke in later episodes or in 4th season if there is going to be season 4

This is not for TV. Even Playboy or Penthouse wouldn´t do a good thing with this material.

But I would like that some AAA developer of games would have the GUTS to make a game like this one in 3D, The witcher III style: the MC in third person view walking around a good sandbox scenario, and cinematics for the scenes.

I think it would be a huge success, since it´s a virgin market. But again, I don´t think that the industry of videogames, dominated by SJW and more prudish and politically corrected these days than just a decade ago, has the guts to create an adult 18+ AAA game. They have even removed the close-ups of the butt of Miranda from Mass Effect remastered!!!

Game crashes when talking to Rusty when MC says "he must be feeling guilty as hell" any fixes for that???

I have a problem that the game crashes just after you have allocated the DiKs jobs to do in the latest update! After Rusty tells you to buy the windows! Is there a patch im missing?

Your game didn't crash, DPC has code to check if you've used a cheat mod in the past & shuts down the game.

Searching on crash or rusty or windows would lead you to the answer. You'll need to wade through a bunch of spam to find it, because this question is asked again & again.

Try the Rusty Cheat Crash fix under Extras in the OP. Or reinstall a current version of the mod.

can't load old saves because "Detected use of modified game data" Is there a solution for this ?

I really didn't have any issue starting over anyway.

The obvious solution would be to install the current version of the mod right? Then you don't have to start again.

Though if you have the patience to start again without using the mod, that might be better. Fewer issues in future.

But you can avoid the special takeout in the first place. That's why i say it can't be one of LI's or any girl MC bangs, because, i should check back, there is no bang you can't avoid and the pregnancy happens anyway.

So, if there is any unavoidable bang i don't remember, it can be her. Otherwise someone else is pregnant. Even a LI if they had fun behind the back of MC.

I don't think it's Arieth, she's a comic relief and the pregnancy, i presume, is supposed to rise drama and conflict.

- It could be, as many point, Heather, and Tommy is the father.
- It could be a LI who slept with others, but the conflic element wouldn't work much if your MC is not pursuing the route.
- It could be a student who slept with professor Burke
- It could be Elena, but it would be a conflict only if the father is not John Boy, but i just don't see them in the role.
- It could be someone related to Derek, even if is too much of a positive suppor character.

I really don't think it's Arieth, as mentioned, Dany who is another comic relief and there was already a pregnancy plot about her, any of the strippers, who are almost all adult and all too smart and any of the prostituting girl, apart, maybe, Riona, because no one would care about. But Riona already has plenty of issues going on.

My most suspected are Heater from Tommy, Ashley, but not from Derek, Mona from Burke somehow, any other girl from Burke or Sally from Magmar.

Unless it was a diary part in which Lynette found she was preg. But in that case it would have been too much of an red herring.

At this point, though it is widely theorized to be planned, there is NO solo path for either Maya or Josy. Anyone suggesting otherwise, or even the possibility of setting it up, is making things up. This may change in the future, but not yet.

DUDE ! It's literally what " setting it up " means ! Even if it does not come to fruition you did set things up... besides if you would have read the texts with each choice you would have seen that it changes according to your choice...

Did you went to the rooftop to smoke weed before you made that choice ? Because that alone shuts you out... OR using mods is still a viable option why it failed

You have two conditions on this scene.

The first is to be CHICK to offer girls something else.

Then for it to work you need to have enough RP (point relation) with each of them.

More accurate would be at least 2 times.
You can play a CHICK route:
1. With all girls
2. Selecting one path (a. Josy+Maya b. Bella c. Jill d. Sage)
3. Don't pick any of them (screw them, there are side girls)
And then you can play a DIK route:
1. With all girls
etc.
You see what I mean?

And to add more, you can try even a gameplay where you will try to be NEUTRAL. And pick a game:
1. With all girls
etc.

So 2 times I would say it's the mininum.

We are early in the game at this point so going for the main girls is a go ! Or more accurately it can be done... sure if you fuck around with everyone you are bound to become a DIK which is a no go... but it was stated he's a CHICK yet he failed... which leaves not too many options About the relationship points... if you don't even make an effort to win them why are you daydreaming about " try something more " ?! Clearly he missed some of these pointers but since he is a CHICK I would bet on the " smoke weed " choice...

It's rather simple... when it comes to that " stay friends " when it comes to that ' feelings for maya OR josy " and even if you don't get the scenes as you would in the trio you will have one of the two in " others " since you are not in a relationship YET ! That's why NOW since you have to and can make a choice which route you go down you can set up their respective solo path... the rest will follow in future updates ! BTW : if you do it correctly you don't choose at the end of the 8th episode

mates, i've just came out the bat cave where I played this AWESOME game (form real) in one shot..

there's one thing that i'm missing.
My last episode is "100%" (built version 6706895), this means that I still have to aupdate to V.081 for 2nd season or not?
