Yeah, the way Jade acted all nonchalant about Cathy, a person she purports to be friendly with, was suspicious. No doubt in my mind she took the photo of Cathy, but how it got distributed is less clear. The purpose was to get her fired, humiliated, or both. We'll see in S3 if this is a major point. One of many many many possibilities. For physical access to the laptop we have countless guesses and 0 evidence, it could be almost anyone. If it was done remotely then Burke is a very strong choice, in fact its the only factual onscreen evidence of who has access and could have done it. Its the occam's razor answer in my personal opinion. If he isnt the principal actor then its a badly done red herring imo since we have no evidence elsewhere. Only reverse engineered guesswork based on who would want either Cathy or the DiKs in trouble which is too many to count. The guilty party would also have had access the first time and would still be working for/with Burke and gave him the video of Jade&Fuckface instead of using it for their own needs.

If OFT has provided a screenshot, regardless of whether he has admitted he has an artistic licence pending, you can take it to the bank that it is not, in any way, shape or size, an accurate reflection of what took place in the game.
I also think Lana's death is drug related. It'd be one good way (imo) to tie Jill into the drugs and Quinn by extension part of the story that she would otherwise have zero involvement in.
As we learn (when you tell Derek about you fucked Jade) there is a connection between the DIK laptop and at least Professor Burke (and who else?). So there was no need for someone to sneak (or be official) at the party to get access to the laptop and upload the pic. This mystery should be solved by DPC.

I have to disagree, he doesn't want to present his opinion, he wants to be everyone support his. To ridicule someone (eg. his theories) is not a proper way to present his own, only people who don't believe what they say themself act like that. DPC left us several open mysteries to think about them (i hove he solve all of them during the upcoming eps), so it's only natural that people think about them. Sometimes they hit the target (Chad is gay, ...), sometimes they are that fictional, they won't be true (at least in this AVN). It's a way to shorten the time until the next Ep will be released, i think it's better than doing that using drugs or other silly things.
Let's say so, i'm using the net since normal people were able to get access (and started as an adult), this also means i'm one of the older people reading and writing here. I've seen EVERY kind of people in the net and IRL. Civil discourse dies with the mainstream got into the net but also in the early days you had single persons not able to behave during a discussion.
