I happen to agree with you with MCs hair, most of the other AVN MCs models as a whole are fugly, bald and often have psychotic stares. BaDIK is one of the best looking AVN MCs out there. But like some said, he really looks more and more like Tommy, which is weird.
One of the worst mc's I reckon is the dude in Become a Rock Star.

And then I saw the real life version of him in the zombie movie, "Don't Kill Me"

Good ol' Fuckface looks pretty good in comparison!

So true, can't play become a rockstar because of that MC.

Its been a while since I've played so I don't quite recall how her relationship with her parents was exactly described, but just cause he's eccentric doesn't mean he couldn't be on bad terms with a "troubled" daughter. For all we know, the "proper" mom might be the one that runs the household and could be blaming him for their daughter's behavior.

What has me convinced is that a repeating theme, MC meeting people and being completely ignorant to who they actually are and how they're connected to people he knows. Just like Jade and Stephen Burke being Sage's parents, I can imagine DPC having a scene on Jill's path where you meet him again and he says something about meeting you at the party.
You will find out that the eccentric dude is Arieth's dad when you meet Jill's dad in her path - I guess it's going to happen in episode 10. You just have to wait for a year and half or so.

Oh man, that'd be wild if that happened.

Disagree. I can envision the dad being more softer and lighthearted with Amelia being the authority figure. It would explain why Jill is drawn to Fuckface, he can goofy and irreverent. A lot of women look for qualities their father had in their men.
Possibly. I'm not sure. I'd have to replay it but something about him seems more like he's seen as "jackass" by his peers (the two older guys at the party) rather than "goofy" which would be more like how Jill reacted to Rusty when they first met.
Again, I'd have to replay it and even then it might actually turn out to be that he is her dad in later episodes. That'd be crazy lol.

Logic states that both of the Royce parents would have been at the party being hosted where their daughter is living. However we don't see the Mom at any point in the free roam so it's possible we don't see the Dad either.

Personally I think ponytail guy is Jonathan and he's not going to be as much help with Jill's project as she thinks he is.
Technically, the only adults who were supposed to be present are alumni or otherwise sponsors of the preps.
Jill is not really a Prep, but her father might still be connected to that sorority as well as being there for his daughter. though it would be a twist if the Royce family had fallen so low, so many expectations of the daughter's behavior while the father is a modest businessman...

but also the parents of a HOTs may have been Preps, and seeing some of the HOTs around they may be looking for their daughter.

biggest question i had with the maya storyline is why she didn't apply for scholarships. plenty of ways to get money to pay for college. though hopefully sage's solution will expose the big conspiracy at B&R.

i think the reason we don't see her parents is because they're connected with MC's mother which was my guess throughout S2. Game name drops her mom's name at the dinner party. i wonder if we discover MC's connection with her outside of Jill's route.

I took the liberty of adding more brightness to this image and showing a screenshot that might give us a little insight into the story. A hint from DPC?

Think your part.

It's about damn time to discuss this picture.
But still, i can't imagine what that is in the background (behind the tape). Just looks so out of place

Josy's going to die. :KEK:
Also, on another note. That reflection(?) looks like a ceiling. Ceiling from Bella's locked room, maybe?

i feel like you might be missing my point. pretend that DPC never said in a random Q&A that the games arent connected.

pretend that never happened and play AL and then BaDIK. can you then tell my any reason to assume they ARENT in the same universe? what information would you take from either game that makes it an impossibility for a shared universe? the simple fact that the frats exists in both games (and the DIKs when mentioned in AL are hinted at being pretty wild and crazy like in BaDIK). unless im missing something crucial, it seems like there is obviously more evidence that they are in the same universe as opposed to any evidence in either game that proves they arent.

if you explicitly take away what DPC said since it's lore he establishes outside of the games themselves, and acknowledge that most people who play these games on Steam and arent patrons or pirates would likely never read any DPC Q&As; most people who play this legitimately would very likely assume its a story set in the same universe because there really isnt any specific reason not to.
DPC has written that BaDIK is not a "prequel" to AL. But what if BaDIK is a "sequel" to AL? Then DPC wouldn't have lied, because a sequel can also be considered a standalone game.

I never played AL, but I know that a Lynette was mistaken for this Megan during a phone call.

lol didn't even realize there were 2 lights hanging there. Only after you said it was the ceiling did I think of it. But I have to say the blood of whoever it is reflects almost better than a mirror. :WaitWhat:

I think Maya's calendar, showing our Time, the 2020-2022. So it's our present days.
AL MC's is about 40 years old, when he was 20, the time he should be in the Dik fraternity were in 2000. But the fraternity in Burgmeister & Royce was recently created, I think 2 Year before MC joined.
So the AL MC and liam can't be part of this one, and I don't remember either if he mentioned which college they were in.

so either they were in a different college, that somehow have the same Dik and Hots stuff existed.
or it's a different universe.
Maya's calendar shows 2017-2020.

My good you are forgetting one thing in your musings. The DIK fraternity was formed two years ago at Burgmeister & Royce. But why shouldn't there be a DIK fraternity at other colleges? What if Rusty's father was not at B&R, but is still a DIK brother from another college and gave Rusty the opportunity to expand the DIK fraternity.

That's not unusual. There is a fraternity called "Delta Kappa Epsilon" which is abbreviated DKE but pronounced "DIK" in German-speaking countries. This fraternity was founded on June 22, 1844. The reason for the founding was that 15 students were not accepted by the existing fraternities (e.g. Alpha Delta Phi and Psi Upsilon (Dartmouth College Greek organizations)).

Three years after its founding, branches (chapters) were established at Bowdoin, Princeton, Colby, and Amherst College. Today, Delta Kappa Epsilon has 64 branches and over 85,000 members and alumni throughout the United States.
