As for the Lily stuff, they might have interacted outside of the main story or MC POV. We are only getting shown the important scenes that contribute to the story or something that the MC is witnessing.

Well the thing is that this game probably have some of the most detailed renders that have yet to be thrown into this sort of adult VN. Think of the stark contrast between the first and later episodes. That requires a lot of time, especially the animations. Then you throw the goddamn mini-games on top of it all and things begin to sprawl.
A car, a place to rendezvous that’s near campus, advice to some extent. Then again the whole gang hasn’t been together for that long, it’s not really until the Halloween party that the main story chicks really begin to bond.

Great pics, and yeah the one with Bella sucks. In general those renders are a perfect example of what the pink man excels at, detailed visual renditions that very closely imitates irl human expressions of emotions. It really gives the player that “i can’t say no to those eyes/ that face she’s making” despite none of these people being real. It also helps to explain why there are fans of every possible route.
