How does the patch work? Is it explained in the downloadable zip how to patch or you should know beforehand how to do it?

You don't need the patch if you downloaded Season 3 (It's only if you went from EP9 to Ep 10), But Season 3 includes interlude, episode 9 and episode 10.

Yeah yeah, its more for the upcoming ep11 so that I dont have to download the full season3 and just to download the ep11 patch, if that is possible

Yes, there will be a patch for the episode itself. But you will still need the v0.10.1 build in order to play it.
When the new episode drops, the patch will contain a "contents" folder that you will merge into the aforementioned v0.10.1 contents folder. DPC usually has more detailed instructions with the download that you can follow.

I consider the first two episodes as information to be retconned. Either DPC hadn't yet decided to take the project as seriously as he does now or he hadn't written the core plot out yet. It shouldn't all be treated as false information, but if later info contradicts it the later info is correct.
How Dawe got away with throwing a can at Cathy? How Camila was working for Quinn on her first day at college? How Anthony, Arieth and Dawe got into a college that wait listed girls like Lily and Josy? They could just be explained, but might be edited out if season 1 gets a remake.
Maybe Josy isn't academically smart or panics at exams. Maybe Lily sent her application late because she wasn't sure if she should start college this year or the next. Maybe Camila toured B&R in high school and Quinn gave her the spiel then. Or certain characters' stupidity could be reduced and a couple of extra days added to the start of the story. Change the can to a paper plane etc.

For Cammy at least, it's possible she heard the same rumors that Maya did. Maya said it took her three trips to bring all her stuff to campus via bus, meaning Cammy potentially had more time to spend in the tour or talking to other students. She must've become fast friends with Sage and Quinn, seeing how they're all tanning topless together when Maya gives MC a mini tour, since he was late by an hour.

I hope that with the new update the opening post of this thread will be modified to finally have a decent explanation of what each download is and what do you need to play the game. It's so frustrating that we are constantly being asked for explanation. This should have been fixed a long time ago.

All guess work on my part. The path where you:
1, do not select Jill;
2, yet, help her at the recital;
3, Bianca sees this and knows who you are;
4, You see Bianca and Jill at the DiKs Halloween party;
5, Bianca says she knows who you are;
6, after you leave, Bianca says how hot you are in person; shocking Jill.
From that, I wonder if there are other possible ways to get with Bianca in the future. I do not know, but it sounds possible.
