Ever since episode 8 each episode had between 300 and 400 animations. If I'm not mistaken episode 11 was done rendering about 1 month before release (just before beta testing started). The first status update of Episode 11 he mentions 85 posed animations with 63 of them already rendered, so he's behind the last episode by 10 in the queue and 10 already rendered - not much I know given we don't know what's been rendered to get a full comparison to last year.
its likely its gonna be at least another 15 months to go
