I see Sarah and Melanie, who, given the emptiness of the room, are glad that at least Sage's boyfriend, the MC, is still there.
So, most players will be enjoying a party with 87 characters, while Sage players will be locked in the worst party in history. Why do you hate Sage fans?
Sage: "The thought is nice, but could you imagine a party with DIKs and alphas?"
Sage: "And I don't mean like our party with just MC and Jacob; I mean a full-scale party with everyone."
Riona: "That would be a disaster! They're hardwired to hate each other."
MC: "Yeah. Even if one or two of us might get along, there are too many of us that never would."
MC: "Like, imagine if Dawe and Tommy had to party with each other. I’d give that party two minutes before it went south."
Sage: "I think you’re being too narrow-minded on that one. Imagine if the party was huge, bigger than this one."
Sage: "Do you think it wouldn't work when there are that many guests? The DlKs and the alphas wouldn’t even have to talk."
MC: "Maybe at first, but you know how alcohol brings out the worst in some? I just don’t see it happening."
Sage: "Well, you'll have to think about something. I doubt we’ll be able to fool the alphas easily after this."

Sage did suggest a big party, but then rejected the idea.
However, the MC is willing to do this if everyone behaves properly. He doesn't say: "I will never do this because they destroyed our home."

Yeah, the MC is basically acknowledging there that it could be tricky but isn't outright rejecting the idea, and judging by what we're seeing, Sage got her wish and is getting the "full-scale party with everyone" she talked about. She even says, "I think you're being too narrow-minded on that one", when the MC expresses his doubts which honestly is reminding me of a certain other someone who's also been arguing against it ;)

This just backs up what Blue Milk said hours ago and that the problem between the Frats is Dawe and Tommy - no where does it say it shouldnt happen, just that if it did it would kick off - Which we are all expecting anyway

Dalli unwittingly helping to make my case with dialogue that pretty much foreshadows what we're seeing now

how to delete save file without deleting the reward gallery (special render) ?
If you're talking about the persistent file that contains all the seen dialogue and such, you can't. Gallery rewards and unlocked scenes go too if you delete that. If you're talking about an ordinary save file then it has no effect on the gallery.

Which part in this do you think is Sage rejecting the idea? If anything Sage is more determined to do it. She simply acknowledges that there are problems that need to be solved. The NYE party happens because Sage is confident in her solutions. Then it goes south because she was naive.

This conversation is practically proof that it will happen. It's called foreshadowing.
It might foreshadow something, however your conclusion about the text is simply incorrect.
Sage starts the conversation being sceptical that a joint party between the DiKs and Alphas is possible.
After the MC rejects the idea, Sage flips completely and says we're being narrow-minded.
After MC reinforces this being a terrible idea, Sage places the sole responsibility on the MC to come up with a solution.

So the idea that Sage agreed to a party with the Alphas or is forcing DiKs to a joint party just doesn't come across from that convo.

Side note: Sage is incoherent in the convo. Bad writing I guess.

I don't hate Sage fans, and I don't hate Sage either. Sage is great. What would a Sage branch player want most? For their MC to celebrate the New Year with Sage. That will happen on Sage's branch, too.

But it's not just about the MC; it's also about the DIKs as a brotherhood. They already disapprove when the MC let Gorden, Lucas, and Christian into the party in Episode 9. Those three didn't do anything to the DIKs. The Alphas are simply a no-go for most DIKs.

The MC isn't the problem; it's the other DIKs. You're probably all misunderstanding me. Personally, I wouldn't mind if my MC went to a party with the Alphas. For me as a player, only one thing matters: that my MC celebrates the New Year with his LIs. Everything else is completely irrelevant to me.

But I just don't see how all these conflicts can be extinguished so quickly. It's not just the problems between the ALPHAs and the DIKs. The other brotherhoods also have their own internal conflicts. Of course, the idea of everyone agreeing to a huge party and getting along is appealing. But that's unrealistic because people simply aren't like that. So, it makes no sense to embark on an endeavor that's doomed to failure from the start. Riona and the MC are aware of this.

For example: Would you voluntarily place your hand on a hot stove, knowing full well you'd get burned?

The way I saw the convo was Sage wanting a party for all, but MC being skeptical due to the various relationships among the jocks and the diks. First and foremost, Dawe and Tommy (Source of the problems) -> Basically up the antics of their frats from pranking them to destroying other people homes. MC and Dawe -> Passive Aggressive on each other. MC and Caleb -> Extremely hostile especially if MC whooped Calebs ass. Just listing a few things.

Sage gets annoyed at the MC due to taking part of this rivalry instead of working towards what she wants which is partying drama free for the night or nights

No thats not what happens either...

Sage Imagines a party with the Hots, Diks and Alphas
Riona shoots it down saying it would be a disater
MC backs it up saying they all hate each other
Going on to say Tommy and Dawe would be at each other.
Sage then says no think bigger - massive party, you would hardly see each other.
MC says it might work at first, but it would go south and he doesnt see it happening.
Sage then says to MC he will have to think about somethings cause they wont fool the Alphas again...

Sage is just floating the idea at the moment - which very much comes across in that convo - Basically telling the MC to think on it cause they can't keep playing the Alphas

Sage expresses scepticism about the joint party in the first sentence. If you don't believe me then maybe you'll take ChatGPTs word:

The sentence:

"The thought is nice, but could you imagine a party with DIKs and alphas?"

conveys a mixed-to-negative sentiment, with the overall impression leaning skeptical or dismissive. Here’s why:

Sentiment Analysis
  • “The thought is nice”
This opening is superficially positive, but it functions more as a polite preface—a softener before disagreement. It signals acknowledgment, not genuine enthusiasm.
  • “but…”
The conjunction immediately signals a contrast, often negating the positive tone before it.
  • “could you imagine a party with DIKs and alphas?”
This rhetorical question implies that such a party would be chaotic, unappealing, or problematic.
The phrasing suggests disbelief or incredulity, leaning toward “That would be a bad idea.”
Intended Impression on the Reader

The speaker wants the reader to feel that:
  • The suggestion has a nice intention, but
  • Realistically, the scenario would be undesirable, wild, or unmanageable.
  • The mix of “DIKs and alphas” is meant to evoke conflict or absurdity.
Summary

The sentence uses polite framing, but the sentiment it aims to impress is skeptical, humorous, and mildly negative, gently rejecting the idea by highlighting its impracticality or potential for chaos.

-----------------------

Then after the back and forth, we end up with Sage saying that MC will have to come up with something. Therefore Sage did not agree to any parties, she deferred it to MC.

The conversation actually suggests the opposite.

MC: "Yeah. Even if one or two of us might get along, there are too many of us that never would."

Sage doesn't actually want to party with the ALPHAs herself, and she's always hated Dawe. While they're planning the Halloween party, Sage even admits that it's a stupid tradition between the HOTs and the ALPHAs, and that's why she came up with the mixer parties. In a way, Sage even started this whole party thing.

Exactly what I was trying to say idk where you are going with this.

Sage was asking the MC on the potential party with everyone including the jocks which he shuts down and she gets annoyed with the MC because he is not helping her to realize the goal. Yes, she leaves it to the MC, but she is annoyed that he didn't support from the bat.

I'm not entirely sure what we're supposed to be disagreeing on? :D

The original conclusion of the post I was replying implied that Sage is the one who basically forces DiKs and Alphas together, but this conversation doesn't say that at all.

No the original conclusion of the post you were replying on simply stated that the idea of the NYE party with the Alphas, Diks and Hots is going to happen because Sage suggested it here - not that shes forced them to party (she may yet, we are not there yet)

which the conversation between her, Rio and the MC, she does indeed float that idea.

This is what I was replying to. "Determined to do it" and "confident in her solutions" are not words to describe a passive observer.

I agree she floats the idea, even if it comes across as slightly deranged :D
