He's just aware of the time you're going to see jill, during the test for the diks doesn't know it's you and at the party he sees you coming through the door and in casual clothes so he doesn't know you've been the cause, his response is only a mixture of anger for being soaked and his jealousy towards you for achieving what he hasn't achieved with jill in 2 years. He deserves the punch, but winning jill's heart is more worth it.

He's already in for some girls. That's not out of the question. And at this point in the story it would make more sense to be someone we know already.
Firstly it's just a pretty cliche thing for it to be someone like him, but other than that, I just get the feeling when you show the guys the video of you banging Jade, they say something like "This is really bad in more ways than one." Something to that effect.
That's mysterious, it reminds me of this.
I think it's her father. She mentions him briefly in Ep. 5 and says she thinks he's at the preps party, but she's been hoping to keep avoiding him. If he's at the prep party, that means he must be a rich alumnus. My guess is he's that guy you run into a few times at the party, the one who isn't named but whose behavior seems to either annoy or confuse the other rich folks.
It's not new per se. There has been speculation that Burke was heavily involved in the prostitution side (but not the actual drug supplier/cook) since C.1 when his pinstripe pants were spotted in the toilet that Quinn and Roina had just exited from. This is also linked to the alledged free tuition carrot that a glory hole business could not possibly pay for.
