I'm sure WIAB CH 2 will be out before being a dik ep 9 but I'm also sure they'll be a pretty close release so that's nice. SG CH 4.5 will most likely follow shortly as well so another plus. Sucks that it's gonna be in the holidays tho cause that's usually the time when things are most chaotic for me with family stuff and traveling so no time to just sit back and enjoy the updates sadly

The dick pic part is hilarious but that scene in the library bothered me so much that I started new Jill and Josy/Maya playthroughs. I'm pretty anal about stuff like that. It's like the feeling where everyone knows you have dirty laundry but you don't exactly want to be wearing it out in public.

That’s why Jill’s path might be the hardest but I think it’s worthwhile.

There's no gaslighting going on there, buddy. Josy told you in the beginning she was involved with somebody. Maya was a bit less forthcoming, but neither of them had any reason whatsoever to suspect you knew the other, there was no real deceit going on with that aspect of it.

MC over-reacted like a bitch snowflake. Yes, he's justified in being upset, but not to that extent. Especially if you consider how much potential there is for him to have been dipping his stick elsewhere the whole time. Derek was right to call him out for it, too.

Having been fortunate enough to socialize with a couple girls who shared a dorm room, I wasn't bothered in the slightest.

I mean there’s a lost opportunity or intentionally left out was Derek not mentioning to MC that his sister was different and dating a girl. But, then again we wouldn’t have a huge plot twist at the end of episode 3.

On any path MC ruin Tybalt a little (or a lot ) and this may ruin the Maya's chances with Burke (I mean free tuition of course). That's the basic cause of panic (MC realized he may ruined Maya's chances already), all other are just pile up.

I think 99% of the playtesting will likely be done while waiting for the animations to render. Those activities don't need to be time exclusive. So adding the playtesting time to after the animation render estimate is not likely accurate.

Realistically, why that would be a cause of panic, if he´s not into Maya´s path? Realistically, I don´t get why he still has some kind of relationship with Maya if he´s into other Li path, since Maya cheated on him. I know that Maya has a sexy 3D model, but it´s her only good trait. If he´s not trying to sleep with her, I don´t get why they both are still hanging around together. She´s needy and selfish, not the kind of person that an intelligent guy would choose as a close friend.

The same way I don´t get why Sage cares about Maya´s tuition so much when there are way closer friends of her that are selling drugs and prostituting themselves for paying the tuition. Is she blind? If she doesn´t know about the money problems of girls that she lives with and knows for years, like Quinn, Riona, Sarah and Mel, is because she´s a selfish party girl that only cares about herself. There is not other realistic explanation. That´s what she is barely two months before, at the beginning of the school year, when she only cared about finding who "Chad's bitch" was, and for that purpose manipulated the MC, the only guy that helped her when Chat was being an asshole with her in public, and put him into a potentially dangerous situation with the alphas, without a remorse. But suddenly, she becomes Mother Theresa and the most important thing for her is helping a girl that she knows for just a few days... Does it have any sense? Or it´s just really bad writing and character development?

I love this game and some of the characters, and I think DPC has raw talent and imagination... but he knows shit about creative writing. He´s an amateur in that and make big beginner mistakes, like creating characters with mostly negative traits and pretend that the MC and therefore the player should care about them and feel sympathy for some reason. But I suppose that he could work writing for "Rings of Power" or any modern Disney's movie or TV show

Sage was indeed selfish and did not care about others, but I think she is seeing Maya as her redemption for having messed with the other girls. Like "it is too late for the HOTs, but I can save this one...", here it is me who try to bring a bit of logic , because to be fair you had a point
by the way, I would agree with most of you other points, I don't like neither Sage or Maya (only helping her because of Derek and Josy), but sometimes I feel bad for them in the game; so even if the author is bad with his character developments, his story, I mean,that's is kind of immersive .

i absolutely love this game. since i was never a part of a frat when i went to college, this kind of game appeals alot to me. even if some of the story is pretty unrealistic i still enjoy it. my fav girl is Jade. i play Van Halen's Hot for Teacher every time her scenes come up. what a babe. and even better is that she is Tibalts mommy hahaha. love that MC can lord that over Tibbie potentially. that guy is a major scumbag and loved how Jill finally told him off at the end of ep 8.

It´s just that two months ago in the game, when the school year started, Sage wasn´t interested in helping someone, and suddenly she is... I suppose that she was an orphan two months ago too, since that´s the reason DPC gives for Sage wanting to help someone and choosing Maya as his charity project... It´s not "It´s too late for the HOTs so I´m going to forget them and save Maya" since she doesn´t know about the problems of the other HOTs. If she knew, it´s supposed that this Sage wanting to help people around her would have helped her sisters time ago. After all, again, she was an orphan last year and the year before too, when she met Quinn and the others...

I think it´s just that for DPC, at first Sage and the HOTs were just a bunch of clichés, and after a few updates, the game and the story became bigger than DPC himself expected, and he had to give Sage (and also Quinn and the others) a personality. Problem is, the foundations of those characters are really bad. I like Sage (and even Quinn) now, but it´s because I choose to forget how they were during the first season. But Maya is just a bad character now, and then too. She´s just a spineless doll face (she didn´t even had the guts to say the MC the she already was in a relationship) waiting that a white knight, whoever, comes to solve her problems. I understand that Quinn, that is the opposite, a girl that solves her own problems even if that means risking ending up in jail, despises her. She´s beyond redemption as a likable character. But she has a pretty 3D model, that´s true.

with all the writing levity of a porn game: essentially until the breakup with Chad that is Sage's only thought, nothing else.

from that point on she tries to pick up on everything she had neglected (and I would say that as president of the Hots aside from taking a look at Quinn's rigged budgets she has neglected almost everything)

I mean, I don't have the story of the game, I am quite brand new into this kind of games
But I kind of figued out when playing that the characters went from figurative to active players, changing the way they were behaving, mainly the HOTS.
Personnally I like Sarah, Bella and Zoey. I think that if it is possible I will go for Zoey "free spirit" romance, so I will stick to my "other" choice
I played it non stop from the beginning, everything did not stick in my memory, I think I will replay just for fun and to pay attention to back stories a bit more. I will replay and come back with more solid knowledges
