Additionally, how the event ‘Sex with Lisa in the bathroom’ is triggered? Is it an event at 22:00? Is it a daily event or a specific day event?

It is Lisa's medical state specific event that depends on her prior trainings with Kira. It happens at 22:00 as alternative for original BJ training.

You should get to specific stage in Mod .18 version. If you are using English translation, make sure that your English translation is not coming from old .17 mod.

There is nothing Max can do near school in later game stages. The only glitch is that button is still active.
