all this talk about the Daz images.
Don't they have some user agreement where you have to get special permission to use their products for commercial use?
I thought I read somewhere that if you use their product for commercial use, it costs a lot of money

Dark Silver is Russian, he's most certainly pirating the assets and Daz. Hell, I would think the vast majority of porn games that use Daz are using it illegally.

It's not from BB. If it IS from Darksilver / 'His Team' then it is likely from Glamour, as they are incredibly fucking lazy and have made no effort to morph any of their 3d models so they differ from stock. There is already the model used for the BB Alice npc in both games, with zero effort to individualise them.

I was thinking you could use the Daz stuff without buying the expensive licenses as long as you were using rendered images.
The "not selling a game" argument wouldn't work because the project is obviously commercial. It is essentially being sold as a subscription service.

I am almost certain that the license applies to using the models in a game, not renders.
Even then, to use the models in for instance a 3D unity game the license is split into one for under 100k and above 100k. The low one is only 500 dollars which is a lot for a free game but petty cash for a game with as much success as this.
But this is not a 3D game, it is a game that uses rendered images and those you are free to use as you please.
Sorry guys, I can't find anything into the thread about my issue so I'm going to ask.
Entering game I can't see background graphics, nor text: every room is a flat-coloured square, only some icons are shown (locations, persons, menu). I also tried the older version, but I think is a techincal problem (I recently changed notebook) and I haven't a clue about how to solve it (yes, I've already tried compatiblity options). Did someone have the same issue?

Technically he is. He is offering the game behind the Patreon payment wall which actually qualifies as 'payment'. I had that talk with the DAZ help desk already.

I thought the same Alice has different hair texture. Remember mom was kidnapped and Alice was her first, Max asked mom "How old were you when you had Alice?" Mom changes subject. Why does a Max have salt and pepper hair? The dude will be gray at 21.

Nice Kurt Cobain, the king is back. I thought you were six feet under. Great to have you back. For me it looks good. But the story behind is difficult.
