Is it weird that I don't just want sex in this game? cuz i wouldnt mind having a more romanticized way of interacting with the characters, like why cant max just sit down with lisa and talk to her about how she feels and her true motivations behind doing things, build an actual relationship thats not based on forcing her to do things, bring some fucking depth to this game, she is technically your girlfriend after all so why not? (dont get me wrong this is still porn, no doubt, but this could be a great game imo if it did take time to show that max gives a shit about how everyone else feels and i wont hate playing him as much)

But if someone else also pays $40 and a minority in the voting, that means they paid $40 and didn't actually get the direction of the game that they wanted. Tbh one thing he needs to focus on and that will piss some people off because it takes time and doesn't give many scenes is the coherence. Small little events and small little aspects but it would really bright up the game to see all of these small little things added. So you really see a progress in the house at all times instead of just seeing the progress when you start a new step of an opportunity.

I agree, it has been bothering me for a while. The scenes does not match how the story progress. He should really fix that. I hope that there actually could emerge some romance between Max the others. But that seems not likely.

yeah, you are right TCMS, also not seeing what is going on in the rooms, despite the whole world sees it through the installed webcams. that's just lazy and dumb.

also the whole eric situation. i'm a fan of the opponent/friend idea. (thought the whole game story was about that, fighting against or with him) but there is no evidence that he is still working/enhancing this route. last update ignored/booted him entirely and for 0.6 there are no hints.

that are some reasons why i dropped my $40 pledge.

Some people get confused in this game because most games have the MC as the Hero of the game.
In this case, you play the villain. You are not trying to protect your family from the bad man.
Eric is the Hero, who rightly so, thinks you should be sent to military school, to protect the girls from you.

Even though i dont like it, i have to agree, she's the one i think takes the most shit from everyone especially max and in some ways i do feel sorry for her, this relationship that she has with max is unemotional and to an extent, abusive. i agree about using the cams, but that would have to be for only future updates. do you realize how long it would take to start that from when you first install cams? it would take forever to do all of those images.
